It was the same vs Swiss especially in second half, not just today.
And they were using the exact same tactic. Ten fouls against Neymar, most fouled player in a match since Shearer in 98.

Serbia could well beat Brazil by the look of it. Jesus is underwhelming, Neymar yet to fire, heavily dependent on Shootinho and Firmino is still on the bench.
They looked better when he came on for Jesus against the Swiss.

I'm not sure what extra dynamic Firmino would add here.

This team goes as far as Neymar takes them.
Not saying he would. Firmino is highly overrated by Liverpool fans who think him starting would win Brazil the WC but he's admittedly a shade better than the Brazilian Chicharito as he often creates chances and helps out the other forwards. Neymar could benefit from him.

Why is the finishing so bad in this WC?!!! Is it the ball? The grass? so many bad shots and headers from open play.

Why does this Brazil side feel lacking and somewhat boring to watch ? They should be a complete team on the pitch. Maybe because they're very lazy bastards ?
Less skilled than before? Neymar is the only superb technical talent in this team.

I think there is generally a lack of proper quality in attacking areas - which is why strikers right now are at an absolute premium.

 Jesus is great in the buildup. Why else would he start ahead of Aguero at City?

No way that ball was 100% over the line.

What's the benefit of Jesus on the pitch ? Useless in building up the play, can't hold the ball, can't link well, useless in getting at the end of crosses to score. One of the most overrated players I have seen these past few years. He's not going to become the striker City fans are forcing us to believe he'll.

On the other side I think Firmino is highly underrated and one of those players that make everything tick around him.

Is Marcelo the best attacking fullback in history?

Struggling to pick a better candidate.
Nilton Santos, Djalma Santos, Carlos Alberto, Facchetti, Carlos, Suurbier, Dani Alves would all have something to say about that.

Him starting over Aguero is more due to Pep's system. Not even sure if Jesus is City's future main man anyway. Firmino is a striker and also a playmaker. He brings other forwards into play. Mane and Salah benefitted so much from him.

Plus, Firmino has a very good understanding with Coutinho. Funny Tite doesn't see that.

Agreed for the most part. But actually Firmino is overrated by Liverpool fans. He's very good but not elite or the difference maker. But definitely streets above Jesus.

If you'd have added "useless at pressing", you'd have pretty much described his biggest strengths.

Neymar seems unfit to the point where constantly looking for him is detrimenal.

These Brazilian players have a real bad habit of holding onto the ball for way longer than necessary.

The whole Brazil team are just standing around in attack. It's comical watching it. Maybe try running would help?

it's like watching Argentina

they think they're better than they are and can get away with less effort, but they won't
