I hate to be a 'God I'm so smart' poster, but what in the feck were people thiking in that Sanchez vs Hazard thread? Even in his better Arsenal years, if you pick Snachez, you just do not analyse football the correct way, you are a terrible assesser of talent, etc. And these are the same posters who complain about Woodward.. With that kind of analytical thiking, you'd be signing terrible players too.

Who I'd rather see win the league (realistically) this season:

1. Chelsea
2. Arsenal
3. Spurs
4. City
5. Voldemort
6. Liverpool

The CL is a glorified FA Cup set to music

It's rare that Liverpool get caught out on the break like that. Primary blame for that lies with TAA I think. Was ball watching.

Hazard has been amazing. I've never said a bad thing about him. Don't check my post history

Came to post that.

But this is essentially the same Chelsea side as last year save for Jorginho and Kovacic. That's what a proper manager can do.
Keep in mind that Hazard under Mourinho went almost the whole season without scoring a goal and got dropped and called out and whatever else.

Funny because this is too true!
Wish I had placed a bet on Chelsea to win the league before the start of the season. Hell, even them to make top 4 was a generous odds of 1.80.

I don’t think we’re playing badly, but Chelsea are clearly a very well coached side.

Hey flip the list and you have mine pretty much  Would swap Arsenal/Spurs, but that aside, the rest is the same.

I have to say, getting Kovacic as part of the Courtois deal, and Jorginho as part of the Sarri deal was genius. They've both been imperious.

Same manager who cruised to a PL title year before that with 95 points?

We’ve got goals in us if we keep doing what we’re doing.

And some people laughed at me for claiming Chelsea will be for sure top 3 and compete for the title... Made great signings to add to some quality players and finally the right manager to get the best out of their team.
Disrespectful comment. Their two previous managers both won league titles there.

Oh great, the Chelsea fans have nicked our Rooney chant and replaced it with "Rudi! Rudi! Rudi!", and also the "Ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuud" one. Such a creative bunch of artists.

I was told the best way to play Liverpool was to bypass midfield with long balls rather than play football? Who'd have thought that was wrong.

The teams in the top 3 are an example of the job a good coach is supposed to do. All of them play good football and none of them needed years to implement it.
