Great game. Great character test. Pogba magnificent. Fair play to Young. Fecked up then turned it around. Must say a lot of the Caf cannot be called Manchester United supporters. Suck on that you Mou and MU haters. Surely a season changer, well ought to be anyway. Get the feck in.

Good win. Should never have been down 2-0 at half time and more focus needed. Bit concerning that our players only seem to react to situations like that rather than taking control from the off. No idea who our best XI is as we can't play that XI every game unless we're going full attacking. I'm being negative but it was very satisfying.

Crazy game. Brilliant second half performance and United could have won 7-2 by the end.

I'm in crossroads on how to judge the result. I'd be lying if i say that i didn't enjoy that. Pogba's best game for United for me.

Mentally drained by that! If that second half is letting loose and going for it, can't we start games that way? We have to play football with bad intentions, like we want to rip the other team apart. Please let this be a lesson finally learned.

A surreal game.

But that’s United. That’s Old Trafford. That’s Mourinho.

If ever they’ll be a seminal moment under Jose, it’ll be that.

Players downed tools, my arse.

Not gonna lie. The first and third goals got me crying. I’ve been good at keeping United from getting me down after Fergie left, but the first half really felt like the wheels coming off my beloved wagon. Don’t think I’ve felt this strongly and yet this conflicted about a comeback before. I’d rather this be a turning point WITH Mourinho than it being a farewell before someone else has a crack, though I’m kind of afraid to admit that on this forum.

These players are capable of doing this on a more consistent basis. Great to see them throwing everything forward in the second half.

Well actually enjoyed our football there at the end and we were committing numbers forward.

More of this please but likely to be a false Dawn.

Newcastle are and were shit mind.

Very pleased with the comeback because we need to show there is something here worth fighting for. Like it or not we'll need to rely on some of these lads when Jose leaves, which I still want to happen because I still don't see him turning us around. A win against a struggling Newcastle is not some big turning point, but it's very welcome lift to the gloom.

We need to start the game with an attacking mentality. Not wait until we’re down and have nothing to lose.

These players have great potential. Jose is holding them back and making them play with fear of making mistakes. Just let the horses run free and this is what will happen. Very happy with the response in the 2nd half from the players although Newcastle are shite it has to be said.

McT lowest rated? Looks like most missed the brilliant 18 minute cameo by Bailly..

Still want him gone. Why the feck is McTominay part of this squad? He offers nothing. Even with his height he's useless on set pieces.

You realize the only reason we made this comeback is because he said feck it and attacked. This has happened numerous times during his stint here. We suck ass so he realizes that he needs to actually attack and then we play well. Issue is he's yet to learn from those mistakes.

Don't get it. Easy substitution was to take Mctominay off and leave Bailly in. He must have pictures of Jose naked or something.

If 45 minutes of playing okay is enough for some of our fans they'll deserve how far down Mourinho is dragging us.

But its not enough for me so I hope we part ways very soon.
It's not enough but the players reacted positively which for me shows that they are not at fault, I'll take that for the moment.

Great win.

Shows what the team can do when we attack; our team is not as bad as we think; I think the manager's defensive tactics is holding us back.

Totally different team at second half. When we are brave and attack this has to happen. For sometime I forgot how good are the players we have! But Man when the attacking options are there you have to use them. What a come back.

We have very few outfield players whose main quality is their actual quality. Those players - Pogba, Mata, Martial, Shaw and Sanchez - all stepped up in the second half.

Horrible first half. Fantastic second half. Loved our fight in the second half. We should always play with that passion, hunger and desire. We should always start the games as if we're 1-0 down.

Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Scholes on BT Sport: "I can't see him [Mourinho] going now, it was a completely different team. They all wanted it, they all wanted to score and get the win.

"He made the right substitutions but his passion on the touchline must have transferred onto the team, he was right up and down the dugout."

Most of us said it was bad idea to start matic and McTominay in midfield. I hope that's the last time we see them together in a home game.

Honestly don’t know what to say.

The first half was basically it, done, finished.

The second was more ‘feck off, watch this’.

So conflicted.

If that intensity isn’t there next week then get rid but if it is then it’s the turning point isn’t it?

Don't know how to feel about that performance. That was the first time this season that we played the Man Utd way.

I don't know if we can keep that up? Really happy with the result.
