The article doesn't say which comments, but i am assuming it was the comments at the camera (directed at the media) after the final whistle?

Someone translated it on here (not sure if they were accurate).

edit: a quick search says he said something a long the lines of "f off SOB's" to the media?

"As yet, it is unclear exactly what Mourinho said but he did make a comment towards the cameras as he made his way down the tunnel."

Not sure why you're posting a useless article.

It did seem like he was saying a few naughty things in Portugese, Is it worth a sacking?I bloody hope so:lol:

Because the FA is investigating Mourinho and that could have consequences that affect the team e.g. a fine or touchline ban. If the FA wasn't looking at it I wouldn't have posted about it.

Can you see the rest of us down here from your high horse?

Even when Rooney swore at a camera, audibly, in English, an FA charge was a bit daft.

But to lip read something naughty he might have said in Portuguese? That’s a bit ridiculous imo.

He seemed to be talking to himself at both half time and full time (at full time he was also directing the comments towards the camera). Looked to me like he was saying the same thing repeatedly throughout, which a Portuguese-speaking friend of mine reliably informed me was none-too-pleasant.

Didn't he basically call the media sons of b...... ?

Meanwhile, Klopp and Pep can do whatever psychotic antics they like on the touch line and in the tunnel.
Infamy, infamy...

More-or-less. He also instructed them to insert things into one particular orifice.

Good for him. He might be a miserable, defensive, useless has-been that our entire squad hates, but considering the amount of absolute bile written and said about him in the media, I am not surprised he told them to shove it up their collective asses. If the FA do him for mouthing off in Portuguese in an English-speaking league, it says a lot more about them than it does him.

Seriously, so fecking what.

Yes it's hardly a big deal and not like he was yelling racial epithets down the camera lense or anything He was just walking along muttering swearwords to himself. I had done a fair amount of swearing myself during those 90 minutes, so can hardly blame him for similar.

So what if he swore at the press? These Nazis can allow FOE so long as it wasn't sexist or racist ffs. Everyone can let off some steam.

How is this any different from Klopp swearing live on TV? That's arguably worse than something said in the heat of the moment when you're under pressure, and the FA never went after him.

Agreed. It’s a part of the spectacle imo - The Premier League needs characters. The Rooney suspension back in the day was nonsense too and that was far «worse» than this.

Feck me, the double standards on display are ridiculous. It's perfectly okay when those other two clowns go apeshit at refs, forth officials and have massive hissy fits on the touchline. The FA are a pathetic, spineless organisation that should be disbanded.

FA investigating Jose means ban. Would probably get a 2-3 match ban for that.

Ridiculous. This is just the FA looking for something to be offended about.

Some real mature comments in this thread. Hoping for a life ban for the manager of the club you're supporting. You can feck right off with the media.
