Doesn't matter who the manager is. If the players are allowed to rule the roost it will be a failure.

Ferguson clashed with Stam, Beckham, Keane. As soon as that happened Ferguson was empowered to ship them out. Mourinho clearly wanted to ship out Pogba and Martial this summer but was overruled. That sends a message to the players that the managers say and the managers opinion is not final. Because of that the players can be prima Donnas.

Unless the top of the club changes philosophy it will continue like this.

Van Gaal, Mourinho, these aren't hopeless managers. They've won 3 champions leagues and league titles in multiple countries. Do you really believe they don't understand the game?

Instead our owners would rather back Pogba because of his marketability. Doesn't matter that he undermines the manager cos he sells shirts.

Ok, he sells shirts. But the result of under-minding the manager can be seen on the pitch.

Do you know what heritage is? It’s Otamendi, it’s Silva, it’s Aguero, all players Mourinho didn’t sign. It’s a process, it’s a philosophy. Sir Alex couldn’t do much better with the players we have right now. We just have to make it hard for the opposition in each game and I think we can do that. All we can do is aspire to be like Manchester City.
 Yeah you got me.

Let's all sing for Jose. He needs the club to back him.

That was a top top performance. We showed heart, workrate, desire, fight. That's what makes a team successful. Who cares about keeping the ball.

Our worst points at this stage of any premier league season.

Mourinho has destroyed our club.

Fire him tonight.

Woodward looks furious.

Fecking do something!
Hopefully because he knows he’ll follow this third fecking travesty of a managerial appointment he’s made in six years out of the god damned door. fecking idiots, the lot. No vision, just indecision and incompetence across the board. Ruining our club.

Liverpool have conceded 7 goals this season, they play on the front foot and United have conceded 28 despite playing some of the most defensive football in the league
Really telling.

We play so cautiously, yet have no idea how to defend. We aren't coached properly, if at all. We just play with numbers and hope for the best, it's pathetic.

Well if that doesn't wake Woody up, the scousers taking the piss on the pitch and singing dont sack Mourinho then nothing will. I am naively expecting good news tomorrow morning.

Mourinho was sacked at Chelsea on 17th December 2015. Our next game is against Cardiff. No harm in getting rid now. Even Moyes had a better record against the other top five clubs in the first half of his season.

How many points did Mourinho have for Chelsea after this number of games in 15/16?

Edit: Just checked and actually he only collected 15 points for Chelsea when he was sacked in December 2015.

It could be a lot worse Man. United fans.

He should be thrown out of the club by kicking his @$$. Appoint McKenna and Carrick as interim managers. We have seen McKenna in U-18. He has attacking style while Carrick is with the club for long time. He knows the club very well and knows what it means if we are playing poorly. We also need a sporting director who can search perfect players for the club.

Would be poetic for him to be sacked on 17th December 2018. He can hold up 3 fingers at his next club for the number of years in between sackings.

Leaving Lingard on for 80 minutes and doing nothing about them attacking our right side is just down right managerial negligence

I know everyone is going to blame Mourinho for everything that is wrong at this club so I am gonna put this simple fact that everyone can agree.

THESE PLAYERS ARE SHIT AND SHIT PLAYERS WILL KEEP COMING TO THE CLUB AS LONG AS IDIOTS ARE RUNNING MANCHESTER UNITED. NOT EVERYTHING IS ON THE MANAGER!!!.

If you can't see this simple fact, you people are beyond saving.

Goal difference is 0 now :keano:

Imagine how much better it can be when he's given more time and money.

For a José team to look this bad tells me things are much worse than I feel the club is capable of dealing with. Firing José won't make much of a difference I believe. Sad times.

Hmm, who signs the players? Surely it’s not the manager. We never should have our Fred the Red in charge of transfers.

I'm a bit tired of every opposing set of supporters taking the piss if I'm being honest.

Pull the trigger for fecks sake. We're 19 points behind the bin dippers at Christmas and stand no chance of getting top four so just pay Jose his money and do the right thing.
