What's the value in deferring a free hit? I'm just playing devil's advocate to popular thought here.
The double game weeks going forward are likely a result of cup competition congestion. The smaller clubs are unlikely to grab big points from lesser players and Spurs, Liverpool and Arsenal are all out of the FA Cup and league Cup. That leaves United Chelsea or City. City have a double game week now anyway and only one of us and Chelsea will have a double gameweek given we play each other in the cup.
Chelsea are sort of shite and you can't bank on their players anyway. If we have the double gameweek from beating Chelsea, Ole is likely to rotate.
I suppose if you wait for City to have a better gameweek with easier teams it's a potential shout.. Otherwise I would just use a free hit now personally.

Really depends. Chelsea vs Brighton is yet to be rearranged. Depending upon where this game ends up, Chelsea may have a DGW against Cardiff and Brighton in GW32 or Burnley and Brighton in GW35. And in the last few gameweeks, teams who are safe from relegation and nothing really to play for may also take it easy.There isn't really a likelihood of an easy double gameweek is there?
Currently, City, Chelsea/United, Brighton, Wolves, CP, Watford can all force BGWs and therefore DGWs for 2 gameweeks.

It's bullshit that TAA has not dropped the last week. Can only assume it's manipulation as nearly every site has had it him close to dropping every day and it's not happened.
If you know there is no games between PL matches then the only chance of injury is in training - which could be pure fluke as someone getting injured in the warm up.
Sometimes it's good to move early for the prises rises.
I wouldn't believe all those podcasters/top 10k, they make plenty of early moves they just don't tell anyone until it's too late in the week and listeners would struggle to fit them inI usually do early transfers before price rises. im 200k+ after taking 100+ points in hits so im no top player.
The people in scoutcast/top 10k etc always wait until deadline they are the players I talk about.

Well, for now, GW32 and GW35 are DGWs. GW27, GW31 and GW33 are BGWs. Which teams blank and which teams have a double game are yet to be confirmed for GW 31-35.So I guess there's two options?

So you just have to play your way around these GWs so that you make full use of all your chips.

You can get unlucky of course and the player get injured in training or illness or the manager wants to rest the player right before the matches. I personally think Sterling will but hard to say with Pep Roulette! I have Sterling, Sane and Aguero. No idea who to (c) at the moment the (c) is on Sane.I can't decided between Sterling or Aguero for captain.

Sane as captain probably.
Free hit would be madness this week. That is best used in the FA cup quarters week where most likely you get about 6 or 8 teams to choose from, and can get stuck with 5 players if not careful.

It jumps out that you have no absolute big hitter in midfield. Salah/Hazard/Sterling, and that's brave. Where's the money gone pal? Team value about 100-102m or so?
I'd probably want to downgrade Bernardo, and upgrade Felipe Anderson or Schurrle maybe.
