His crossing was never good. Couldn’t have asked for more space tonight and did nothing with it.It’s weird as when he first joined his crossing was his best attribute. Since then he’s clearly had direct 1v1 training with Antonio Valencia.
Fair play to him though he dug in and kept going, looked knackered towards the end.
Let’s hope he can stay fit for a while!
Keep playing next to Fred and he'll be learning from the best tbf.If he keeps this up he'll be able to rival Nani in his ability to do really really good things and really really shit things within about ten seconds of each other
Ha! Good point.Keep playing next to Fred and he'll be learning from the best tbf.
It's odd as I'm sure that was one of his strengths when he arrived. If only he could cross a ball.
Pressure may have got to him. Or maybe first game in a while.. So looked so rusty in general. It's odd as I'm sure that was one of his strengths when he arrived.
If only he had someone to cross it too. The same situation happens with James. Our forwards don't make good runs in to the box and are poor in the air.If only he could cross a ball.
Yeah, Chong was way too far forward for every cross in the first half.If only he had someone to cross it too. The same situation happens with James. Our forwards don't make good runs in to the box and are poor in the air.
