After a shit show like that, we will need press briefings linking us with Messi and Ronaldo
He wasn’t on the line though ?Why isn't it though, if a defender blocks it on the line is it not on target? If you shoot from the halfway line and it rolls toward the keeper is it on target?
i mean....what the F ole. I know you can't blast people in media but jesus christ this is delusional AF. Ignoring all the chances AZ created and their penalty shouts, but apparently ours towards the end was the difference. Tired of Ole.
Highly organised we are most certainly not.I watch alot of AZ games. They're a highly organised team. Every club with exception of the top teams in Europe would have a difficult game. But what I saw from United this evening was terrible.
DeGea, Pogba, Wan Bissaka, Maguire, Shaw, Martial, Rashford. Then we have James and McTominay of course - they've delivered you can't argue that.Really? I really would like to know what players are better than mid club or championship level.
No we won't.Please tell he did not say that.
I guess even if we lose to Newcastle, Liverpool will hammer us so the board might as well keep Ole on to take that loss anyway. I can't see how he survives now bar a miracleNah.
Liverpool at home might be the melting pot though.
I only thought of one person when I read Ole’s post match comments.
When has a blocked shot by a defender ever been on target ?
Of this list I would only say De Gea and Pogba are good enough for top 4. Rest are Everton level.DeGea, Pogba, Wan Bissaka, Maguire, Shaw, Martial, Rashford. Then we have James and McTominay of course - they've delivered you can't argue that.
I can see why he’s happy. He wanted to rest players for the weekend and not lose the toughest game in the group. Only 2 or 3 of the lads that started will start at weekend.
The pitch was also a big advantage for the home side. I used to watch Oldham Athletic when they had a shitty astro like that and it’s like having an extra man because the home players are adjusted to the pace of it and controlling the ball.
That said, playing James through the middle was a bizarre decision and the lack of cohesion in attacking phases is worrying.
Sounds to me like he is feeling the heat. He trusted 'the boys' to do enough this summer. And between their inexperience and our coaches seemingly not doing enough, we've been worse than flat. Ed's got another big decision to make while he's still masterminding our demise.i mean....what the F ole. I know you can't blast people in media but jesus christ this is delusional AF. Ignoring all the chances AZ created and their penalty shouts, but apparently ours towards the end was the difference. Tired of Ole.
And the best winger currently through the middle, it’s like reverse logic.
That was seriously odd. Wonder which Einstein thought that putting your best finisher out wide was a good idea?
So this really happened. I thought I was sitting too far from the telly. And the best winger currently through the middle, it’s like reverse logic.
Haha! Well okay then.Of this list I would only say De Gea and Pogba are good enough for top 4. Rest are Everton level.
Mate I remember them vs Torpedo Moscow, Rotor Volgograd, and we lost once to a team that started with a "Z" in their name that I don't remember. Don't pretend it never happened under Ferguson.Yes, I can definitely remember nights like this under SAF...against the biggest clubs in Spain, Italy and Germany...in the Champions League
I remember when we had won the group and went away to a Turkish side bottom of the group for the last game and played some kids. They got slapped 3-0.Mate I remember them vs Torpedo Moscow, Rotor Volgograd, and we lost once to a team that started with a "Z" in their name that I don't remember. Don't pretend it never happened under Ferguson.
I'll give some credit tonight: it was an artificial pitch away from home and we had a stonewall penalty denied for no good reason. It probably is a good point
Add Matic, Mata and Rojo to that list.Fred is not a red...
