My fear is that because our game is in 3 days, board will give him a chsnce against Spurs and we will win on some lucky way so agony will go on and on...

He's getting no tune whatsoever out of this squad, and barely has since his initial great run. Our squad is bad, we've got injury issues, but a quality manager does much better than what he's doing, which is basically nothing.
Nah he is getting the best out of everyone. You just see we need another 8 to 9 players to get them win games against the likes of Villa.

If he doesn't go tomorrow he has to go after we lose to Spurs and City. I so wanted him to succeed but we aren't being coached.

When people were calling for Ole out earlier, I was reluctant because I didn't see any good candidates. Don't fancy Allegri.

Now Poch is available though. And we don't look like improving under Ole.
I’ve been out for months, because I thought we’ve seen enough of his impact, or rather lack thereof, after about 5 PL rounds. He had pre-season, he kept talking about attacking and high pressing, I’ve seen none of it. I truly believe he wants to, his Molde teams were pretty attacking, but he’s not getting it right here, clearly.

Look at the impact Rodgers has at Leicester, and we could see pretty much straight away what Pep and Klopp were going for at their clubs. Nothing like it in our case.

Watching the TV or is it watching me
Ole promised us energetic pressing attacking football at the minute we are not achieving any of this there must be some accountability on his part, we are closer to relegation zone than we are top 4 what a indictment on his tenure

I just want to see a crumb of comfort in performances at this point, but I don't even see that really. We're just drifting along and its so painfully obvious something needs to change.

Cant see them sacking him to be honest. They've got their yes man they wanted post-Fergie. He's less of a headache to them than Mourinho and Van Gaal.

4 wins in the league and we are into December. Has to be shown the door. Completely out of his league. His failure to not replace Fellaini and Herrera and not sign a midfielder has killed him

There’s a plan, if we can’t see it then we’re fickle. That’s their reason why they’re ole in.
All hail their plan if it consists of lack of vision, planning, leadership or structure, and full of mid-table ambitions it is coming along nicely.

Really killed it with resting players midweek as well. You just saw our players full of energy and creativity out there.

Are you sure you aren't confusing fanboys with genuine fans of the club who hoped Ole would be the right man to lead the club forward?
I am sure. Hoping that Ole would be good to lead the club forward is one thing, ignoring all the negatives and constantly inventing excuses for him is another. I hoped Ole will come good but I soon realised he is inept and is just a waste of time. People who ignore it and choose to support someone even he is clearly dragging the club down are fanboys.

Since he was made permanent he’s been awful and I don’t see any improvement.

If he doesn’t win of next two games, that surely gets club talking to Poch at least, if not doing so already.

We may have zero midfield but i do not understand the decision to play Pereira as CM again after a diabolical performance against Sheffield United. Stupid stupid decision.

It's a midtable lineup with young inconsistent forwards. Neither Fred nor Pereira would get into any top 6 side, or even top half on their current form

It shouldn't have taken this long to see that he clearly isn't up for it and it shouldn't take another 2 games for the board to work that out either.

Regardless of results against city and spurs, the writing should be on the wall and he should go.

He'll be sacked after we lose the Derby next week.

They won't want the new manager to come in and have Spurs then City as his first two games.

This time next week Ole won't be manager, I'm convinced.

That's one thing that baffled me the most. These lot got a rest midweek and still looked totally static and immobile. It was ridiculous. Away from Ole, these players have no shame in them.

Club must be negotiating with Poch. If we arnt then we are in bigger trouble than we thought. Ideal scenario would be Poch in place at the beginning of January. Let him have a couple of months to recharge. Ole is so so bad.

He is done, it's just a matter of time. Possibly sacked after City because the club might want to give the new manager a softer landing pad than Spurs and City in succession. Not sacking him after Newcastle was a terrible decision.

Can't expect this team to do any better. A win against Villa with the squad we have is simply too much to ask. A new manager couldn't get us to win these games either.
I can't see how it will get better at the moment. Unless they bring someone in with the right name who can attract players in January, it just won't get better.

I'd be convinced, but I fancy us to get something from the City game, because its the sort of thing we do. So he'll limp on awhile longer.

Imagine if we hadn't rested our entire first team earlier this week, Villa would've battered us 3-0.

A loss to Spurs midweek will see him sacked I think.

I wouldn't be surprised if he was gone in the morning.

I know the youngsters lost on the europa league but I honestly believe they would of done better today, than the lot we threw on to the pitch today.
