Feels fecking great to look at odds of 4/1 for us to win and think there is some serious value there. Then for the boys to play like that and put in a performance that absolutely merited the win and never look in no doubt to get over the line was so satisfying.

That McSauce goal was just the biggest fecking cherry you could ever want on the top.

I’m just going to fecking enjoy it.

That was the Manchester United of old. The spirit. The non stop running and work rate. It was a team effort in every sense of the word.

Just really proud of the lads. Speechless to be honest. The double (treble?) over citeh this year.

We are building something up. If you can't see it then thats a shame. Who wouldn't want to be a part of this team right now?
Great post and passion mate. Right on.

Thought Guardiola got it wrong putting Foden on the right and no Walker. I’m nice Mahrez was there things were much better.

It is a bit of a shame there are soooo many matches now that even a Manchester derby becomes just another game for squad rotation. Far too many matches in a season.

Christ above. Talk about misery. You'd swear at lost. Just enjoy it.
It's laughable isn't it. He did exactly everything at the right time.

Solskjaer: I want players who break their nose for United

Wonderful. Simply perfect. To bad Ole-out brigade on here get to enjoy this win. You don't deserve it at all, just remember that, donkeys.
Cmon, dont do that

Im Ole (slightly) in, but 95% of those guys want him to do well, but have their concerns. Today is great, but we are not out of the woods yet and we have been awful many times this year.

Hopefully we can build on this and spank Jose next weekend

Can any City fan tell me me why Mahrez doesn't start every game?

He always looks dangerous.

Great result but hopefully in the near future we wont have to keep resorting to playing the snatch and grab style of football.

Put pogba and rashford in our line up and I would argue what would make us less of a team than what man city have to offer?

Brilliant win but means feck all if we don’t win our next game!

15 more points will get us 4th place. You heard it here first
Doesn’t mean feck all? You clearly aren’t from Manchester then

I realise you mean consolidation but let’s enjoy tonight eh?

Only one of the subs was 'wrong'. Taking off Martial and leaving us without a presence up top. The other two subs were perfect - taking off Williams to allow Shaw to take care of Mahrez, and bringing on Ighalo to fix the mistake of not having somebody up front.
Williams sub was too late. Lucky we hanged in there. Martial sub should have been Ighalo. But then he brought Ighalo in too late and that too by taking off bruno. It seems during last 15 mins Ole literally hoped to cling on to 1-0 lead by making all defensive subs. 15 mins it too much time to gamble on that slender lead against a team like city. Very risky gamble.

Just seen Tony is the first player since Ronnie to score away and at home against City in the same season.... good stuff.

I fully agree. I mean we beat city 3 times this season and the odds have been 4/1, 5/1 everytime. Some Good value and a lot of money won!

But the most important. I finally looking forward to a big game again because with Ole in charge and the squad we have now I believe we have a Good chance winning These tricky games.

fantastic night of football!

Yeah I’m very very happy with the result and that fact it’s over city but if we lose our next match, with the CL being without touching distance it will negate any of the good feeling around this win. For me anyway.

What a win! We were absolutely fantastic! It was a result built from a team that defended as a unit brilliantly from the first whistle to the last, and left everything there on the pitch. City do have more skilful players all over the pitch but we showed so much desire and felt we deserved it overall.

Occasionally a player comes in and lifts the performance around him.
We thought Pogba would do that, but Fernandez is definitely doing it.

Superb win, not quite the "stealing a goal" Tyler described it as, but some excellent defending.
2-3 times Bruno was awaiting a simple cut back for a great chance, there could easily have been a pen, Martial could have scored when Ederson was casual, and City offered so little. Definitely no sort of fluke or "stolen" win
