They’ve been hyping this new ssd up, I thought they could have given a demonstration.They showed GTA5 a game known for its awful loading times it would have been good to use that as an example.

I also wanna see the ui. We got a sneak preview and that looked nice but an in-depth look would have been welcomed.

I’d definitely go for the digital edition as long as they can back it up with solid download speeds.

I never sell my games anyway as you get sod all for them, so a digital library is much better than a stack of dusty DVD cases.

Only saw little clips but RE8 (or village) looks really nice and so does Horizon. Are these exclusives or will they be on PS4 too (excuse the ignorance but I just watched the game trailers and have no idea about much else ). Price and backwards compatibility will determine whether I get it at launch or a few years on.

Am sure the digital version will be more expensive - I reckon that will have a 2TB HDD vs 1TB (or 825GB) for the disc version.

It may have a bigger hard drive, but I don't think it will be more expensive considering it doesn't have a disk drive. The X-Box all-digital console is cheaper than the normal one.

I can see why some may not like it. It's a bit of a radical design. I really like it personally. And yeah, much better than the Xbox which is kinda boring looking.

Can't sys there was too much that took my interest in that showcase. Went from a potential day one purchase to something I'll probably wait on until something more interesting comes along. Was waiting for that one game to really wow me.

I skipped the PS4 but think I will be getting the PS5. I missed about 15 minutes. Did they say anything about hackwards compatibility?

As someone who is considering switching from Xbox, I was hoping to see a new Uncharted or God Of War game. Console itself looks cool and all but i don't really care too much about the design. I like the built mic in the controller though.

True. I loved the look of the PS4 when I first got it and now I only ever see the blue light emanating from it in a dark room.

I agree. Not many of the titles really stood out as “must buys” other than the 3 that you mentioned.

Lockhart hasn't really been announced so we don't exactly don't know what it can and can't do.
As for under powered. Define under powered. It may aim for 1080p and higher frames on most games and scrap 4k, which for a huge chunk of gamers, doesn't matter
