I think the VAR ref feels sorry for Bournemouth. That's not offside. It's simply not.
He needs to be sold and I prefer Tuanzebe any dayI hope the "put Bailey on for Lindelof" crowd shut the feck up now.
Lee Masons triple chin could easily withstand a cruise missile I’m afraid. Can we order a drone strike on the VAR cabin?
There still might beWithout VAR there'd be 10 goals scored today
They should have shut up in 2017, if they still talking it should only be to a therapistI hope the "put Bailey on for Lindelof" crowd shut the feck up now.
Except when someone puts their studs on someone’s knee and a yellow card is shown. No need to review thenIs everything gonna be put under a fine tooth comb?
I've seen murders go under less examination
fecking hell
Yeah though I don't think that was a penalty if I am honest and the Matic pass wasn't the best... Now I would have taken players off a few minutes ago.I have to admit you had a point. Our defense is having a horrible day and Bailey is in even shittier form than what I was afraid of.
Forgot about that one. Seriously, what an annoying day this has been purely because of VAR.VAR checks on everything except studs to the knee, fair enough...
it's a drinks break quick quick!!This. Missus asking for a quickie, should I go or should I stay and watch this til the end. Both equally (potentially) rewarding.
then nuke it from orbit. It’s the only way to be sureLee Masons triple chin could easily withstand a cruise missile I’m afraid.
There has to be a cut-off, and no one will ever be entirely satisfied when that cut-off costs their own team a goal. I didn’t see Rashford as offside there, but it wasn’t clear and obviously provable that the original decision was wrong so perhaps that is why the original decision stood?I really, really dislike this stupid offside rule. It causes so much trouble. The whole point of the rule is so you don't have attacking players goal-hanging for the entire game and defenders/midfielders just kicking it long to the striker, who is standing on the goalline. It's so out of date now and needs looking at. We're talking millimetres with Rashford's goal there...where is the common sense in that?
It's not though is it. They've regularly kept clean sheets on this unbeaten run. Bad day today for the defence but they've largely been good recently.I think this and the last few games have shown that you need a top class CB more than you need Sancho. Obviously signing Sancho would be brilliant but your attack is fine when all of these players are fit, it's your defence that is consistently a trainwreck - even with your supposed strongest lineup playing.
Exactly how I feel about itThere's nothing wrong with VAR - a lot wrong with the idiot's looking at it. So clear that Rashford was level and as for their penalty, well the refs don't seem to know that the handball law changed... on the flip side, Matic may just have been offside for bruno's free kick
I am off for 5 minutes!it's a drinks break quick quick!!
Whatever happened to ‘level is on’?Shocking decision, should be a goal
The linesman signalled. That would never be given a second thought for offside if VAR wasn’t used.
