Massive night for top 4 race, palace have been shite recently so Chelsea will take all 3 points, need Arsenal to do us a favour (again) and get a win on Leicester, going into the game against Villa knowing we can go into top 4 will be a massive boost.
Unlikely we get in anyway unless both Arsenal & United win heavily.

Last year they weren't setting the league on fire and if I'm not mistaken, they'd need to win 5/5 games now to match that tally.
And no, the prediction most made were top 4, so it's just an estimation that Chelsea would finish outside fo that.
Neville and Charrager for example had Chelsea just missing out, with Everton as the push for top 6. The point I'm making is, most of these pundits had tipped Chelsea to end outside of the top 4. If Lampard finishes 5th by seasons end, that doesn't mean he's overachieved shit.

Arsenal will want revenge against leicester. Im not even going to focus on chelsea but will hope for the best from palace.
