BBC is a top source and they are
tier 1 for a reason. "Far apart in valuation" seems likely, especially given the revenue United have lost as a result of the pandemic. "Looking for alternatives" also seems likely, given that we already have a good attack. I don't see Dortmund budging in price, and if the Glazers don't sanction such an outlay on one player, the deal won't get done this year.
Also, many bookies suspended betting on Sancho's next club a couple days ago. They've opened up the books again for it today.
I am really hoping it's all bluster, but I'm not enjoying yesterday evening's turn of events.
