The fact that Utd have only so few squad options is a joke.

Only 1 LB. Only 1 back up CB in Bailly ,only 1 DM, Only Igalo as back up striker, Dan James for RW etc.
 
We will look foolish now anyway coming with our tail between our legs. Poor start to the season - here, have the £100+m.

All it took was a piss poor first half of the season and an angry mob showing up to Woodwards house with flares and fireworks

Par for the course for the club really being made to look naive and foolish before reluctantly acquiescing to a selling clubs demands
 
After today's game dortumd should add another 10m onto the price and make total mugs out of utd and Ed. After that performance they will know we are desperate for better players. Joke of a club. Pissing about when it comes to every transfer and generally over paying. And then it comes to selling players.. We can't seem too. And extending contract, another failure we seem to repeat. Matic 3 yrs. Jones one foot out the door with 6months left on old contract.. We extend. We are run by a shower of clowns. Need more football men involved like Munich. Depressing season ahead I reckon :eek:

Oh, we’ve gone way past looking “foolish”. Sped past that three weeks ago, passed “incredibly incompetent” Tuesday of last week. After today’s home loss to CP, we are now at diabolically stupid. Anybody could see we needed to strengthen to challenge for the title. If The Git In Charge is worried about what the footballing world thinks about him and the club right now, let me end the suspense: They think you are a complete idiot, Ed. We had a chance to get back our mystique, our confidence, our arrogant winning ways. And you bottled it. Period.
 
Can see:
Sancho either doesn't sign.
Or signs last minute for an extortionate price and then gets injured in his 3rd game and is out for most of the season.
 
Am scared to go onto twitter to see what chaos is going on there

BVB will probably increase the price to £120m now and Woodward will have to pay it :lol:

If Sancho watched that shite he may think he’s had a lucky escape. If , by some miracle, he does sign it will be classed as yet another panic buy or United getting fleeced again. Sell Pogba who is as much use as a back pocket in a vest, spend the money on a pacy CB , quality left back and a World class striker. Rashford hasn’t done much since he was made a saint and Blunderlof is an embarrassment to the shirt. 7th or 8th beckons.
 
We need Sancho to beat Palace at home? The issues we have are tactical. Other managers win this match today with same players.
 
"Sacrificing" the opening game of the season to make a point about recruitment is a mind-boggingly stupid approach for a manager to take.

Fred is a much better DM than him; he exceeds McTominay in every stat but heading. The guy can also pass, unlike McTominay.

Fred is also the safest with the ball. Stupid to play McTominay when the midfield of Fred, Fernandes, and Pogba dominated Seville's midfield, who are a better team than Crystal Palace.

Then there is the exclusion of Greenwood in favour of James, which is madness. Anyone could say that James was going to be useless today because he is useless every day.

The negative selection helped in putting us on the back foot from the start.
 
I hope all those who were saying we don't need Thiago, realise how fecking stupid they were now.

You can never have too many good players! He is way better than anyone we have.
