Can't get over that missed sitter v Liverpool at 3-0 two seasons back.

But he is a player who has gone for around 100m before so he's not some chump

Well Castles only mentions personal terms are agreed. We had that with Sancho as well. Means shit I guess.

Difference is Dortmund were not interested in selling while Barca wants to move him out

Hasn't personal terms been agreed for a while now? Castles is just rehashing the same news.

It's always been permanent or loan option that's the issue.

negotiating terms of transfer seems like they want to get rid, maybe even desperate. While Sancho was always 120m or go home

Am excellent loan deal but an atrocious permanent deal. So my bet is that Woodward has finalized a permanent deal

Meh. When he does occasionally play, if he is focused he should be better than what we currently have. Not sure who plays the rest of the games

Woodward with all the desperation will spend 60m on this guy and Sancho would be gone to somewhere else.

Unless its a loan, please dont do it Woodward. Even if it means losing top 6 , this guy isn't worth it.

Lads, there's enough negativity to go around with supporting United the day after a 6-1 home loss to fecking Spurs that no one needs to log on and read this crap all day every day.

One of the most talented attackers of his generation and one of the most injury prone. Can see the temptation, could be great could be terrible. Either way, it's exiting.

So Sancho is off and instead we are signing Dembele, Pellestri and Traore.

Presumably our right wing is going to be three players on each others' shoulders covered by a big trench coat, Vincent Adultman style.

We all love United
I think Castles is right. He's the first one to bring up our interest in Dembele. I'm excited by this really  He's a big talent rather than the likes of championship wingers

I'd rather have him than no-one, even on a permanent. It's not my money and we need more quality up front. If it works out, he could be a star for us.

I reckon this will get done, if nothing else Barca need his wages off the books. Its a game of poker for United to stick to their stance until the final minute.
I’ve heard this term all summer. Poker? Chess? It’s pretty clear United don’t have a fecking clue what they are at and neither do the journalists. I really can’t see this deal getting done. It’s just another Sancho but in a shorter timeframe. Lots of noise and tweets and journalists chipping in and nothing actually happens.

The guy is still young and was the hottest prospect on the planet three seasons ago. I'm hoping he can sort out his head and injury issues to become a superstar again. His style of play will suit the premier league so could be a great signing. Let's think positively about this one. A loan with buy option would be ideal- but let's see!

Realistically speaking Sancho will not join a team that won't qualify for CL next year and from what we've seen to date we won't. Hence why someone like Dembelle would be good business.

Loan or outright buy now I like both options because the guy would fit in nicely and I would prefer having a star now (assuming our medical team thinks he can play) rather than suffer a humiliating year, and hope next year we can beat the likes of Real Madrid in securing Sancho.

Sancho isn't coming to play in Europa League.
