Yeah, for me it's ironic that the 'haha dumb hicks' comments very often come from those conditioned to engage in the same polarized behavior and making no effort to really look at the composition of 'Trump voters'. Walk a mile in another man's shoes and all that. Plus, statistically speaking, some of those people on the other side are going to be 'as smart as' or even 'smarter than' oneself.

To answer the no-trolling-is-Donald-Trump-using-polarizing-rhetoric question: of course, yes. (You gotta admit, your question was such a softball that it looks like a trolling attempt.)
Yeah ok fair enough, but it's the internet, you can never be sure.

I agree on the fact that the, haha you're all stupid cnuts for voting for Trump isnt really helping, but being the bigger man is hard sometimes. Im sure lots of Trump voters think he's doing the lords work, which stems from their ignorance being exploited by Trump telling them what they want to hear.

From a deductive questioning point of view I'd say not all Trump supporters are dumb hicks, but all dumb hicks are Trump supporters though.

A much bigger demographic he appeals to is the conspiracy loon vote. The fantastic legacy of soon to die in agonizing pain Rush Limbaugh.

CNN hinting they may call PA soon.
They also said they're about to receive new votes from Georgia/Pennsylvania.... for the past 4 hours ^^

I wonder if Jack will grow some balls after 20 Jan, or will it still be “in the public interest” to allow the hate mongering, violence inciting, democracy eroding ramblings of the lunatic former President to continue?

I read that the catholic vote was split almost 50-50, while white evangelicals were 80% for Trump.
Considering that Biden is catholic I’m still surprised at this. I would have figured that it’d be more 65-35 for him but the gop strategy of getting another catholic on the supreme court seemed to have helped their numbers?

I know a lot of your countrymen agree with you, but how any rational person could look at those two old men and think Trump's more suitable than Biden is beyond my comprehension. At some point you have to leave party loyalties behind and do the right thing. I know millions of people have been infected with some madness, but there must also be millions of others (probably like yourself) that know he's a wicked man.

It was different for Trump's first term, as people thought he might actually be different when he won, that it was all an act to secure the win. I can understand that, he's a TV personality after all. However, now everyone's seen that it's actually his real character, surely this election was the time to make the break from party-line voting? Next time you can vote Republican again, assuming they have a relatively normal human being for their candidate.

I'm a Labour voter, but if we were in power and had a dangerous lunatic in number 10 I'd vote for the Liberals or Greens. I couldn't in all conscience help to return someone who was filled with hate.
Thats exactly what you’d be doing by voting Liberal or green. Putting your ideology first. (Unless you live in say Cambridge or something)

She's an embarrassment and a disgrace. Attention seeking populist.
It's curious that you use these words to describe her, but then go and vote for Trump.

If there ever was a sign that someone shouldn't be taken seriously, that has to be it.

I wonder to what degree this ties in with Qanon having injected itself into some catholics as well as things like Pompeo meeting with extreme conservative elements at the Vatican after Pope Francis refused to meet with him.

There also just seem to be a lot American catholics who don't like Francis' progressive stance on some issues. The Pope obviously has had no qualms about calling out Trump and disagreeing with him over the years and you can't "insult" fat Jesus in the MAGA mind!
