That’s the kind of post you make when you having nothing of substance to say. We play narrow, we get exploited, the players get blamed. It’s not the first time it’s happened this season.
You've clearly not understood the concept. Playing narrow doesn't mean you constantly stand narrow and ignore everything that's going on around you. AWB, just like Shaw, is supposed to drift out wide. For their second goal, AWB is essentially standing on top of Lindelof when there's no need for it, Leipzig have 2 players in central and all of them are well covered while Angelino is as open as it gets out wide....And when they do pass the ball to Angelino, AWB barely bothers to get in close enough because he's expecting him to run with the ball so he's lining himself up for the tackle. You can't give away that much space and get away with it because "we're playing narrow"
The main issue, and it's been like that for quite some time now with AWB, is that he's completely unable to position himself even half-decent. He's constantly in the wrong place at the wrong time, and he doesn't have the football intelligence to understand it.
Just like that backheel attempt of his, he has plenty of time to pass the ball back to either defenders, even back to De Gea, and if that's no longer an option then boot the ball down the wing. What does he do? he tries to fecking backheel and it's nothing but pure luck that they don't instantly score.
I literally have no words for the massive shitfest of a job someone has done when it comes to scouting him and thinking we should spend such an obscene amount of money on him.
