Do you still believe Ole signed Donny? This is clearly not his player. Which manager treats their big summer signing like this? He's even starting a player who wants out over him which I don't agree with either.

However it proves woodward n Judge have signed Donny. Ole wanted Grealish n Sancho.

This is why changing managers is going to achieve little.
That's why we should have went for a first team coach and not a manager.

Get a fecking DOF in and let him handle the transfer while the first team coach handles the training and game day stuff.

Instead we've the board playing real life fm while pretending that the manager is going to perform miracles with signings he don't want.

    That lineup

We’re going down faster than Katie Price at a truckers convention

We are ABSOLUTELY losing this game. Cowardly baby-disgraced assassin giving into lazy Pogbas demands and putting him on the pitch. He will be MASSACRED by the clearly superior Man City midfield. Honestly, if we just forfeit the game now we'll get a 3-0 loss and that's better than anything this team could possibly even dream of producing. That would be the best tactical decision Ole has ever made in his entire life, and UNDOUBTEDLY the best thing he has EVER done for this club.

Just seeing if we can push this thread into new and unchartered level of stupidity. It's close, but lets see how deep we can go.

 You think Woodward and Judge didn't want Grealish and Sancho?!

It's called reality. You don't always get your top choice. A better manager would have had fall back options of his own choosing, and not done a Moyes.
And that's why we have VdB. It's a 2nd option. Ole probably gave his blessing. But again, we never rush players in unless they are superstars al Bruno. It's as simple as that.

I actually think we'll win. The players always pull it out when Ole needs a result. Also Pogba will play out his skin

    Oles lost the plot
Can you imagine Pogba starting under Fergie at all never mind after that shit show of comments midweek, as well as his West Ham shit show glossed over by a goal.
Shaws Shaw terrible no concentration, no voice, doesn't track runners , but hey let's start him.

I'm constantly scratching my head at team selections now, I can't see the logic behind any of Oles decisions.

It's almost as if someone plays crap he try's to much to protect them by selecting them constantly bizarre

I get Ole starting Pogba, his job is on the line and Pogba makes an impact but what does Mctominay offer? VDB should be in ahead of Mctominay.

Pogba against that City midfield inspires zero confidence.
Pogba, not play in a pivot role, actually inspires a lot a confidence in me. Pogba is a great player he just doesn't work in the double pivot role Ole tried to use him in. He's basically Fabergas at Barcelona

Ending up on 12 with PSG & Leipzig then going out on goal difference = “killer group”. Gifting Istanbul their only 3 points = huge bottle job.
Even if United beat Istanbul, that's 3 teams with 12 points. United were kind of close to getting a result from PSG and RBL, but having 12 points wasn't going to guarantee anything. It was the only group that saw zero draws, so feast or famine it was.

I reckon Donny is chucking in a transfer request if Ole stays manager beyond this season.

Pogba can shit on the club and fans all he likes but still play for the team. Ole will do anything to cling on to his job mind.

Glad we haven't gone 5 at the back, maybe we nick a win on counter or via a pen. Either way Bruno will surely be pivotal.

If we lose though I pray the writing is on the wall for Ole.
Maybe Woodward n Co should sign who the manager actually wants then, eh?

Even as an firm member of the Ole in club I think it's incredibly harsh to start Pogba over Donny given the situation. However it just goes to show us once and for all that Ole didn't sign him. This is a club signing. It's so bleeding obvious at this point.

What chances do any of our managers have when this keeps happening? Let the managers have the players they want.

I can imagine SAF picking up a player to win the games. Telles has let the opposition get behind him for 3 games, it's too much pressure for something that doesn't need to happen.

I reckon VDB is Pogba’s replacement and as soon as he goes you gonna see the real Donny...Ole and Van De Sar have a good relationship to the point he wants to feed us more players. Trust the process.

Don’t be mad at Pogba starting...we want good money for him...hopefully in January.

Always been a “Pogba fanboy” by the way...but I know when it’s time...and its time for him to go.

No, we should lay down. Fall on our sword. The Manchester United that played to win died the day Ole started Luke Shaw over Telles. The worst decision in the history of football. Ever.

Then the absolute stupidity to start Paul Pogba, a man who has won only one World Cup., a man who's score is not even 90 on FIFA, less than a week after he said this was the worst club in the world?

Not stopped Wan-Bissaka from playing every game!
AWB in 1 vs 1? He's unstoppable. The only point is to not get him to be sucked in in the middle, which will happen if our midfield doesn't control the game. But with Fred and Scott, the hope is that we will be able to overrun the middle. In this case, AWB will always face his winger. We won't worry too much on the right side. Telles on the other hand has an issue defensively. He needs to sort it out.

I think we'd have gone through on a better head-to-head against Leipzig

He’s being sarcastic, but it was very hard to tell!
Yeah OK... I guess we are all nervous. But I just hope the players are more confident than us. After all, that's where Ole is strong usually. The mental preparation is a big part of the game now.

Performances aside, no way should a player who allows his agent to diss the club with impunity time after time be any where near the squad never mind in the starting line-up. Snacks of desperation.

Exactly why Poch coming in without a DOF won't change a god damn thing.

Why have we got former accountants picking the players? It's a bleeding joke.

    ?

When has he ever looked like he plays out of his skin??

    He barely runs.
Didn't say he does but he will put in effort. When he came on the other day he looked half a player by actually doing something sometimes. He has his own agenda which is to make him look good - everyone knows he wants out and I imagine he wants to prove how much we will miss him.

I hope so anyway, but I am aware there is a 99% chance he will walk about and lose the ball in our own half most the time

    Play fecking shit?
Every time I've seen VdB play he plays a hell of a lot better than Scott, and Fred for that matter. I remember in one recent game (think it might have been West Ham or Southampton) VdB was playing some great long range passess with only seconds on the clock that were finding our players.

I mean VdB didn't even start against RBL when that type of game suuits him perfectly.
