All at home.

Won: 0

Goals scored: 1 (penalty)

That’s what playing for 0-0s gets you. Cowardly tactics. Ole out.

If you disagree that’s fine, let’s not resort to name calling or personal insults, yeah?

Coincidently I think these are also the most boring games of the season.

I have been going on about that in my Whatsapp chats and with my family and so on.

It really is fecking dreadful. I honestly don't understand not being able to have a go against anyone at home. Shocking.

Those numbers are a complete embarrassment, yet some of our supporters will find a way to spin that...

Yeah but ole is great against the big sides.....

Seriously if ole can't do well against these bigs sides anymore with his counter attack tactics and can't do well against the smaller sides as they are to hard tactically for him to break down then where are we going to pick up the points this season?

But did you see how we came back against Southampton and Brighton? The United way, fantastic squad, Rashy, Anthony, David, Paul, progress. Went toe to toe with PSG and Istanbul, ended up in Europa which is where we really want to be.

Anyone who disagrees is a Ole h8er.

Probably won't open the game until we have a better defense or else another 1-6 might be incoming

You have to accept that big games are badly affected by lack of crowd. I actually thought we were good today, but yeah the Chelsea and arsenal games were very disappointing in terms of how you're criticising our set up. The Tottenham game was just a freak and hard to say how we actually set up there

Opposing teams paying a bit more attention to our counter attacks that hurt them last season, leading to absolutely tumescent stuff from us in those games.

Some fans will not be happy unless we win every game convincingly. Its the modern fan unfortunately. A draw against City isn't a bad result, no matter how much whinging and negative spin you want to put on it.

I will say this though, we absolutely need an out and out striker in this team. Should be a priority for our next signing, that and a right sided winger.

Right these are the figures that I was looking for, knew it felt like we barely scored any against any of them.

Are you including Arsenal in the “Big 6”?

Why?

I agree, it's dire.

People might say we'll beat them away but for some or most of those, fans might be back fulltime, so we'd up against it, if our manager's brilliant logic is to be trusted.

HELLO
The Spurs game was the opposite extreme. Overly attacking.

Martial
Rashford Fernandes Greenwood
Pogba Matic

With Bailly at CB.

That's basically our problem though - we can't get the balance right. We don't have a system that allows us to do one or the other and succeed.

Pathetic stuff. This is just as bad as any of the tumescent crap we saw from LVG and Mourinho.

Do not we all know that Ole is a big game player and only struggles against low block. Leipzig showed that this bollocks and the gaffer crumbles under pressure, whereas today he was playing it ultra safe just to not taste another loss. Next 4-5 games should show where we are. There is no CL from now on, so there will be no real pressure of big European nights.

Today is what you get when you tell a manager he only needs to make top 4. On the cusp of title contention and we're content to play safe and forego 2 points. I mean what real incentive is there for the manager to try and exceed expectations

Stop emphasizing HOME already. There's no fecking fans there!

Pretty much. Crazy when newbies and opposition fans are the voice of reason. Won't stop the usual agenda driven wet wipes from having their daily moans though.

This.

Also Spurs who play more defensive than anyone. The difference is they have Kane and Son instead of Rashford.

As for emphasising home form. In the PL so far this season all games 37% home wins 44% away. Probably why we don't see any 'away results' threads from the usual suspects.

That’s a great point. I wonder if Sheffield will retain their place in the Premier League with all those great results last season...
Fact is people like you gave the team no credit last season for the record in the big games because apparently it was the lesser games that was the 'truth'. This season its flipped, the record in the big games has been awful whereas the games against the lesser sides (Palace aside) has been excellent but now the 'truth' is the record in the big games

The idiocy knows no bounds

If we had gone for it in all of the games we’d have probably beaten either Arsenal or Chelsea at least and have more points.

Draws are nearly as damaging as defeats. You may as well always go for the win.

I'm sorry but no one here fears Lampard nor thinks he is going to win the league anytime soon. As for Pep and City, who cares? They are a team regressing after winning the league. To succeed we are meant to progress where they regress not match them failure for failure and give ourselves a pat on the back. They won the league and are falling back to earth, we on the other hand can't afford to fall back after winning nothing
