Wow.....gives some insight into Ole. Totally ridiculous though and would’ve been better keeping it to himself.

He really his a piece of work. He needs a PR team to save him from himself.

Not a good look. This seriously makes me question his intellectual integrity.

I really hope he's not picking players based on haircuts

It’s probably true, but it’s in relation to his time at Molde. He specifically says that in the video @VidaRed posted. I’m sure it’s a half joke anyway.

Hopefully that's a joke

Watch the entire thing with context from 5:53 and it becomes apparent that it’s not a joke. He starts off by telling a serious story about Fernandes and pivots seamlessly to the mohawk story.

The position the player in question played is important, though. Mohawks are for creative flair players and deranged lunatics exclusively*. I wouldn't touch a centre back with a mohawk with a ten foot pole, for example. Too risky. They'd be like a combination of Bailly and Jones, just worse. I'd have think long and hard about goalkeepers too. Sometimes you strike gold with a mental keeper, but they're generally very hit and miss.

*Beckham is the exception that proves the rule. In his case, he simply ran out of new hairstyles to try and was left with no other choice than to hawk up, and it was a terrible idea all around.
