Because of games being shorter, did we actually miss games?

However. That interview yesterday with world football saviour was dubbel own goal. If it could happen.

Spurs got absolutely memed to death in the last two days. Like, even more than usual!
The abuse Spurs got was just incredible. Im sure it gave everybody in that organisation a reminder that they are not as big as they think they are

It's been tremendous. I loved how most fans stuck together in our outrage at this BS.

Perez going full Giuliani was good. Just needed some oil slicks on his cheeks.

The realisation that Barca and Real are terminally fecked seems apt and overdue.

Obviously Woodward being exposed as a complete clown on the biggest possible stage after conceding his UEFA seat takes some beating. He's stumbling out of the room with his pants round his ankles and tears in his eyes and it's the bare minimum he deserves. Just beautiful.
Man, I was wondering why the Perez interview was so funny to me. Great description.

Good to see common sense prevails and I hope all the rich owners do not underestimate the power of the football fan again.

Rest in Peace European Super League. It was quite a tournament whilst it lasted. Full of drama, a sending off and a few own goals.

One thing I'll take from this is the unifying effect football has on the world.

The meltdown by some when they realized Arsenal would be included was hilarious

But...but..but...they haven't qualified for CL

But...but..but.. they're midtable now

ESL would be worth it just to watch the continuous meltdown every time Arsenal take to the pitch hahahahaha

He might just watched Star Wars movies marathon and learned the Emperor character is quite interesting.

Episode 1: creating chaos in galaxy (galacticos) and he is the saviour from greedy UEFA
Episode 2: He is the senate (chairman) of new revolution of football
Episode 3: Excecute order 66, hopefully we the football fans can be manipulated like Anakin

Sorry mate, @crossy1686

As United fan's we want to see our team compete against the best of the best and win, yeah beating Burnley is great but what about that Paul Scholes goal against Barcelona? For the random fan, is Tottenham vs Juventus not a better game than Leipzig vs some random Turkish side? We're talking elite football here, nothing else like this on the planet in terms of ability and prestige and we're part of it.

The money will be reinvested into the club and spent on players/stadium/coaching staff, whatever. Most of it will probably go on transfers as we'll have to pay a SL tax on top of a United tax when we sign a player so most of that money will filter into the leagues anyway.

This is a win for everyone.
"You're american aren't you?"
"Nope, you don't have to be American to see the sense in this"
Aftermath:
According to the Caf if you didn't decide this was the worst thing ever in the first 10 minutes of hearing about it then you wanted it to happen

Weekend of the announcement:
Real 0-0
Juve 0-1
Liverpool 1-1
Chelsea 1-0, 0-0
City 0-1
Arsenal 1-1
Spurs 2-2

Majority of the clubs involved failing (for the most part) winnable games.
