Maguire doesnt need cover, he never gives the ball away on his runs. He successfully does it with us and we dont have a DM to our name.He has been great covering for Maguire on occasion.
He's nothing like Fred. Fred to his credit never shies away from the ball and actually tries to progress the ball forward. Just his decision making lets him down occasionally. The English Fred...I actually think Fred is better.
He's twice the player Rice is.England looking miles better now Philips has gone deepest and is actually trying to playmake.
Genuinely, no exaggeration, I believe Fred is better and would offer England as an example a massive improvement on Rice, player for player. The English Fred...I actually think Fred is better.
There was one occasion where Rice saved his ass with such authority it was great to see.Maguire doesnt need cover, he never gives the ball away on his runs. He successfully does it with us and we dont have a DM to our name.
They wouldn't compete for the same spot. Fred would play ahead of Rice, like Tielemans and Ndidi. It would work better than McTominay and Fred. Slightly better. Not worth it.The English Fred...I actually think Fred is better.
He can't. He just doesn't have that much ability to work with. He’s been poor tonight for sure
He was good in the last game.
He was invisible against our Matic midfield x 2 last season
I really can’t make my mind up on him. He needs to do a lot more
what? He was terrible throughout, before he got brought off he was told to feck off forwards and let Philips actually play some ball. That’s how crap he was.I admit he was off in the first half but he was good after that.
