I would think €15 mil would represent a fair investment. Leeds Villa or Southampton seem like the kind of teams who might take a look.

The £20m/yr Ducker reported for Varane was inclusive of image righs & bonuses.
Sergio Ramos earned the same (and probably asked for more to renew) and Varane is probably getting around the same now from you, so if that contract is bonkers so are the rest.
Varane is getting €100m if reports are true over 5 years. We didn’t pay him a €17m signing on fee and the rest of the fees they paid Alabas family. Also Varane > Alaba without a question.
