That the football people at United want him , but the money men (e.g Glazers) probably dont want to pay the money unless outgoings are happening
Nah, it's just a load of fence sitting by the journo

The dominoes are falling...
Big big big mistake if we have no RB in first. We can’t let Wan Bissaka play every single game again

Also don’t think this will mean the dominoes are falling if it’s a loan. Nothing to reinvest

It would mean that United are more willing to bring in Trippier/a new right back, though. Dalot is the #2 right back being Wan-Bissaka, and him leaving would mean that United are going after a new right back.

Next domino = Trippier on a loan with an obligation to buy?

Hertha BSC signs Ekkelenkamp (21, MF) from Ajax on a 4 year deal. €3m fee with a sell-on clause.

Yeah it’s all ok if we get Trippier of course.

Wouldn’t put it past Utd to let Dalot go and not replace him.

This is very deflating news to hear, we’re the ones who need him most..
It is. But this Summer is showing that oil money is the future of football. Can’t compete with it

Your club has plenty of money. You could get all these people if you had owners with more ambition.

So let me get this straight, City will sell sterling to facilitate a move for a 36 year old Ronaldo?

I just don't see it.

I don’t think any club with fair money can compete with the clubs with oil money any more.

Sancho was a major signing but it was about 12 months in the making, probably with last seasons budget included. And no doubt if PSG, City or Chelsea (the dirty clubs) had prioritised him then they’d have blown us out the water

~10m for Khal Diogo isn't suddenly going to make Tripp affordable. Perhaps we're eying a different RB?

For reference, Telles was 15m.

They play in different positions. They need a striker now but don't need a LW after they just bought Grealish. Mahrez is still there and Jesus looks like he's moving to the wings with also Ferran Torres available. And I'm sure they have other options in case they need to.

Your whining falls flat when we have more than €130M in sales and have not even touched the CL money to the club. You need to start asking more of your owners and stop creating strawmen out of other clubs.
