First 30 mins was good, then I can't think of a single player who played well. Pogba maybe and to a lesser extent Sancho. Bruno plays like a headless chicken at times like its an NBA game. Ronaldo, no pace, no presence, absolutely useless as any kind of deep pivot. Rashford started well and in the second half was atrocious, just balls into nothing and nowhere. Dalot some good qualities but final ball is terrible. Maguire, maybe not worth the hyperbolic hate, but never an £80m defender its just a joke, he is too slow and his passing is just that bit inaccurate enough to feck up our playing out from the back.

Southampton played well and were the better team, what a mess,

Two mid-table sides battling it out. The more players that leave in the summer, the better. Hopefully Ronaldo will be among them, even if his contract isn't up.

Can we cancel Ronaldo's contract?

This team will never win with an immobile Ronaldo upfront.

3 times in a row we don't win when 1.0 up.

Unacceptable from the players.

Can't blame the manager when the plan got you to 1.0 up. Players don't have the commitment or desire to want to finish the job. Too lazy all over. Main culprits are Ronaldo who can't, Rashford, Shaw and Maguire. Who don't want to.

We are so easy to play against, the slightest bit of pressure and everyone shits themselves.
it's sad to say but Ronaldo is past it, we desperately need a quality striker in the summer, and midfielders, oh and defenders..

Get rid of most players. Ronaldo shouldn't be starting. Rashford should never play for United and sell Maguire

Thats our top 4 hopes crushed. No surprise if your depending on freebies/ homegrown crap like Rashford,Lingard,Elanga,Mctominay, Cavani etc. We need to spent on an attack like all the top clubs do.

We go massively off the boil in the second half, and yet we don't change a fecking thing until its way too late.

Seriously, is Rangnick an idiot?

Awful second half. Forwards not good enough - we are carrying Ronnie I’m sorry to say.

Very worrying. We should have looked to kill the game by retaining possession when we went one up. Instead we just sat back. That is exactly what Ole did all the time.

We need to get in Ten Hag or Enrique.

Is anti-ped's a thing? Because it sure looks like the players are munching them down by the boat load.

Pure crap.

Romeu was the best player on the pitch. Controlled the midfield for Southampton and defended well. Utd need a midfielder like that.

What a surprise the German Biesla is struggling in the PL. If we would have gotten a proper manager who has actually managed some top clubs we would have made top four.
No, but we had to make the hipster choice go for the manager who has a couple of yt videos explaining football so that the nerds can jizz all over. Football isn't academia.

Not good enough.
On a side note, how did United get 6 yellows and Southampton 0?
Pogba received zero protection from the referee

Expected dropped points
Expected poor performance
Expected lack of workrate
Expected poor performances from the same individuals

Same shit on Tuesday against Brighton…

More mediocrity from a mediocre team , really hard to see how any manager could get any really quality out of this squad. We just don't have the football ability to control matches and will always be vulnerable against anyone.

Shocking 2nd half yet again, they need to work on their stamina, fed up of being out run every game like this.

Shaw and Rashford worse for me today, Shaw is gassed after about 30mins, Rashford just plain lazy. Maguire isn’t good enough simple as, too slow turns like a bus.

Absolutely infuriatingly predictable. Called it at half time, and that's hardly a boast. Not sure why we cannot finish chances at the moment or why we shit the bed as soon as we're 1-0 up. Think we were lucky in the end. Thought Southampton would have gotten a penalty for that Maguire incident late on.

We flatter to deceive, often looking capable in attack only to run out of confidence in the final third. This is on the manager imo.

Predictable result. The manager is clearly not good enough to do anything substantive in his short time here.
I think Ralf was sold a pup. The team was broken before he arrived and, even after clearing some of the players out, he wasn't even given 20M to improve the team. There were options we could have got at this price range, and we need multiple people there so it wouldn't have been the end of the world for a new manager.

Now we will miss out on Champions League football, the revenue that brings, and it will make it harder to obtain our player/manager targets in the summer. If we gave the club over to the PG Tips chimps it couldn't be worse run.

Another half decent first half but so many brain dead moments from lots of players. They make the game look so hard.

I am a bit numb to this sort of shite performance now, as it is practically every single game. It's the same. Same players letting us down. Same mistakes. Same pattern of errors.

Is this what people meant about us lacking patterns of play? We've got loads of them now!

Dig up stupid!
Essentially played with 10 men today

When you add in our complete lack of a functional midfield it's actually remarkable we're even getting draws.

Lot of work to do at utd

It's hard to watch 90 min time after time and see the same mistakes and same issues. Quite frankly season could finish today and I wouldn't care less. The mentality of these players is so weak I cannot breve any coach in the world can work with them.

It's like we're going through the opposite of when things were pretty good under Ole. We'd go behind to an early goal, but usually come back and win. Now we're finally taking the lead first, and then collapsing. Usually our first half performances are decent, and then it all goes out the window.

We don't seem capable of scoring more than 1 goal, and we don't even look like we're going for it in the last 10 minutes. It's still slow and ponderous when we should be ramping up the pressure.
