My squad has 10 starters (if you include Édouard) and I have Gray and Cornet who are both doubts.

I've already taken a -4 so is it worth taking another -4 to do one of Gray or Cornet to Foden/Mahrez?

I'll be using WC next week so this is literally a short term punt...

Foden has been a complete waste of space for me mate. Twice this season I've had him in and he usually get's 2's and 3's playing most of the game as a false 9 for the best team in the league. Incredibly frustrating. Glad to see the back of him.

Coady actually has a bit of goal threat these days and is absolutely nailed. With that said, Saiss has more upside.

Yeah just looked up his numbers. 0.6 xGI isn't great. And Mahrez always disappointed when you need him to play thanks to Pep Roulette. Sancho is the other option... I might just leave it.

Are we expecting any more games to be added to 28/29? If we are, then that could work as a wildcard/BB, as leaving it until 35/36 could be a bit late I think.

Would you FH this team? Could get a starting XI (though not necessarily ideal options) for a hit. But have currently no Burnley / Spurs players, and rely on Reguilon, Hwang, Dennis starting.
Think I'd captain Son either way.

Yeah it does but Burnleys opponents are both shit at defending set pieces so he only has to get his lanky arse on the end of one cross.

He’s a differential which may or may not be a good thing/what you prefer. Could get 2 or 10 points the way he/we play.

It's certainly dangerous, but as Brownhill showed last week a 2 gamer can often be a better bet.
My only alternative right now is Ronaldo, which even playing Watford doesn't feel too great.

36 for sure but is largely an unknown;

28/29 actually looks pretty decent for it too.

You have 6 teams with doubles in 29 that play in 28. Featuring Arsenal, Liverpool, Tott.

Tott and Arse play us and Liverpool though for 1 awkward game each. However Tott just beat City 3-2 to show the power of the double game.

Anyone got a decent week 28 wildcard to play a 29 bench boost then?

TV games are due to be confirmed today,....hopefully just before deadline..was meant to be Monday but the "week commencing" always seems to be 4.45/5pm Fridaty

I had thought 28 didn't look too clever for a wildcard, but looking at it closer, all 6 doublers in 29 play in 28, so if Chelsea got a double added in too, it'd surely be prime wildcard material for sure followed by the BB week 29.


I think I may well do Salah to Son this week for free, knowing that I can get Salah back in next week with the wildcard.
