Stick with Thiago Silva h v Newcastle (no game week 30)
Or move for free to Ben Davies or Docherty (when I already have Dier), who has United and Brighton double this week, and West Ham home week 30?

Not sure why FFScout reckons Davies (4.4) with 11 points last 2 games, is a better bet than Docherty (4.7m) with 32 points over the last 2. THIRTY TWO POINTS!!

It’s such a weird game. I have always been told by more seasoned players to avoid hits, and have watched videos with players agonizing over a -4 for the week.

My form, both in gameweek and overall, has never been better since I started going ultra aggressive with hits.

Maybe it’s just the strange season and DGW, but it’s working so far!
I don't get it either. With a hit you're usually doing it to move money around so in essence hedging your bets on a return from two players, so it's -2 for each rather than -4 for one.

The loss is therefore only the 2 points they gain from playing 90 minutes, in the hope of getting a goal, an assist, or clean sheet - aka the extra points.

Davies is more nailed. It is another Rudiger vs James situation.

I am going for higher ceiling this time. No more going for boring central defenders.

Yep, I have the boring option already in Dier.
So if anything I'd go Doc.

Thinking about it, I realise I best not do this, as it rules out Salah to Son in 30...

Ings vs Pukki vs Jimenez vs Watkins vs Wood for a 1 week punt

This is for my draft. No money involved.

This is about as sexy a choice as who would you want to naked mud wrestle out of Boris Johnson, Matt Handcocker and Prince Andy

I want to pick just 1 out of it. I am so confused with all the shitty choices I have left in my draft.
You’d have to fancy Jimenez against Everton or Watkins against West Ham as they played a tough game against Sevilla on Thursday, so maybe Watkins.

Ok mates, here's the BB, doublers in CAPS.

Any moves to make? Or save the transfer to embiggen this into 10 players for next week for a -4?

RAMSDALE DUBRAVAKA
TAA DIER HOLGATE Silva Rudiger
SALAH (C) SAKA WILLOCK Ramsey Rapha
KANE Adams Jimi

9 potential doublers, with the singles being 2 home v Newcastle, Raph home to Norwich, Adams v Watford at home.
Ramsey and Jimi don't have great games (although Everton aren't great right now for Jimi!) but both have a week 30 fixture...

So probably best leaving it?

Wildcarding into

Ramsdale - Foster* (or Dubravka)
TAA - Rudiger - Doherty - Cash* - Amartey*
Kulu - Saka - Salah - Gordon - Raphinha
Laca - Kane - Hwang*

Decent setup for this week and all my bench players ready for GW30, can use a transfer for 11 - probably Ramsey for Gordon (should I just do that this week rather than go after Everton's DGW than I can roll next weeks FT?)

TC on Kane in that Arsenal (H) DGW since Salah may get rested in his and well I wanted to use it on his this week, but my teams form had gone to shit and not massively futureproof. No need to FH for GW30 here either.... oh and Bench Boost still free for 36.

I feel bench boost is a bit risky here. I assume you got Jimenez, Ramsey and T Silva bench with Dubravka?

It is not bad fixtures, but would feel quite happy about benching them. Jimenez can do well I guess.

Is it worth doing Ramsey to Kulusevski?

It'll mean that:

Bench Broja v Watford
Can't do Salah to Son next week
Will have 9 instead of 10 next week
Can't get Cancelo GW31

Actually, if I get Kulu for Ramsey, I can still get Cancelo later and will have 9 DGW this week and 10 players in the BGW.

My bench this week will be: Dubravka, Broja, Jimenez & Digne.

You not got any single GW players without a fixture in 30 to swap?

It’s three tough games for Spurs. I know they’ve just destroyed two of the worst defensive teams in the league, but it wouldn’t surprise me at all if they get 1-3 points from the next three games.

Not that bad I see. Only one double, but fixtures are pretty decent.

Just can see Jimenez or Broja getting benched.
Broja not scored in the league for ages so might get a benching. Jimenez is decent but after the embarrassment, surely Everton will dig in at home? Digne is fine.

I could BB but I still think a GW36 BB would be better... But then I'm stuck with 2 FHs. Can't decide really...

I actually don't. But it's good, I've found a way where it works.

As for the bolded... You a top red?

I'd stick with Cancelo over White - pending any knowledge of him starting. Arsenal are not that favoured for a single clean sheet, which is White's selling point, and they aren't as attacking through Tierney as they were... so you've got the option in them with Ramsdale.

Any old shit could happen, but like you, I'm happy with 1 from each of Spurs/Arse defensively wise. The same two.

Yeah.

My other option is do Dalot and Olise to Amartey and Saka. Amartey may not be nailed though and Dalot is dropping

We might be relatively shit. It’s still a tough game for Spurs, there’s no point pretending we’re as bad as Leeds or Everton. Think we’ve conceded more than 1 goal in only 3 games since Ole left?

Away to United, Brighton, home to West Ham is tough for an inconsistent Spurs. I’m willing to back that.

Nah I actually agree that the fixtures aren't easy but at 6.1 he's a decent punt that I can keep long term.

Is this worth a BB?

Dubravka (Chelsea away, Everton away)
Digne (West Ham away)
Broja (Watford home)
Jimenez (Everton away)

Normally I would do it but I feel Broja might get benched and he's the only one with a home fixture...

It depends on the scenario.
Willy nilly tinkering taking hits is daft.

Using a hit to remove an injured played/ make a long term move / remove someone without a game for a doubler etc, all make more sense.
