Meh. Finished on 87 thanks to Cash and no thanks to Mo. My nearest rival got 123 on his BB and has closed the gap to 45 points which is nothing really. He has a wildcard and a FH whereas I just have a FH left. What he does with that wildcard is going to be crucial I feel.

The icing on this cake made of shit was Raphinha getting that needless yellow right at the death. Meant he was on the same points in two games as a Salah blank over one game. I literally could have put captaincy on any other player and came out a few points higher.

Had a disastrous GW28 (lost 20 points at the top of my ML) thanks to a poor choice of captaincy.

Thoughts on Toney as a two week punt before using my wildcard. I want to replace Dennis but need them to have a game in 30. Although I guess if they double this week and blank the next it makes no real difference.
Timing is probably wrong, and it’ll likely blow up in my face like every other recent fantasy football decision, but I am sick of Raphinha and his 1 goal in 10 games. I just had to get Coutinho back in. Although when I owned Coutinho for 3 weeks he scored 2,2,3 points, so I suspect he will return to that form.
Why was Kilman dropped the last game? Just got him in on my WC for 28 and 30.

Remember Liverpool's luck is unbeatable...best 2 players miss super easy games for the AFCON, covid doesn't take their key attackers out etc.

Go Ramsdale with keepers you always go for the double.
2-3 save points is possible and 4 points for just playing. That gives 5-7 points even without clean sheets.
The risk is he concedes too many, but Arsenal are strong and can beat Liverpool at home.
Seen reports he's ok, whether he plays 90 minutes x2 is another matter. I'm playing him, mainly as not making tfrs this week and other options are worse, injured.

It’s such a weird game. I have always been told by more seasoned players to avoid hits, and have watched videos with players agonizing over a -4 for the week.
My form, both in gameweek and overall, has never been better since I started going ultra aggressive with hits.

I think it’s particularly effective this year to make use of the doubles, but in the grand scheme of things, a -4 is not really much if you are confident of the player hauling or are avoiding waiting for weeks to get the player in.
As an example, I have the exact money to do Ramsey to Coutinho. I didn’t do it as I was focusing on GW 30 players. I should have just done a -4 before the double.
