Fred, Matic, Ronaldo, Sancho, Telles, Dalot and Varane all had very good games.

Much better without Fernandes all round.

We really don't need too many luxury players out there who can't or don't want to run back. Today was much better with Ronaldo, Rashford and Sancho all pressing throughout the game.

If they hadn't Spurs would have steamrolled us but good to see we turned up. Long may it continue. Draw would've been acceptable but Ronnie the GOAT for the win!

Perfect hattrick by Ronaldo, showcasing all the offensive traits that he has shown, and still showing for years and years now.

Great result but nothing changes.Spurs we're shite and we only just beat them by the odd goal.Lets enjoy the wins when we get them I suppose.

Harry Maguire average player rating on this site of 4.3 is ridiculous. Apart from the og he was decent and to be fair to him it was a really difficult cross to defend.

Ronaldo, Fred, Sancho excellent, but lots to work to do on our defence. Grateful that Son was wearing his Turkish slippers and Kane was below par, but a much needed victory that will build confidence.

Ronaldo the difference. Don't think we were great by any means and neither were Spurs but you can do this when you've got a player capable of that. Fred and Sancho were good. Rashford and Pogba were not.

Big ups for Pogba too. He thrived in his freedom today. They couldn't handle him without fouling him, his skill is exceptional, some of those passes from him are just... ahh! I wish we saw this more often from him, he's a tough nut to crack, but like we've been saying since we brought him back, he just needs to be played in the right role.
What game were you watching? he was pish. Fred exposed him today. Fred outstanding, Pogba rubbish

Critical win, and great for Ronaldo to shake off the doom and gloom mongers a bit.
Glad to see the goals up to 18 as recently it looked like 20 might be a real stretch.

Mediocre team performance but great result and a fantastic hat-trick from Ronaldo, I also thought Sancho and Fred were good while Pogba and Telles were decent. 2 points ahead of Arsenal but they have 4 games in hand so it still feels like a near impossible mountain to climb.

Who the feck is Tom Brady and why do people keep mentioning him alongside Ronaldo?
Because if you replace "football" with "American football" and "Champions League" with "Superbowl" in their respective Wikipedia pages, it's the same article.

Maguire's OG is 40th goal we conceded this season in PL. Most we conceded in a season was 54 in 2018/19. 9 games to beat that record.

 I applaud your courage to ask this question here.
I don’t know anything about NFL but even I know who he is!

Played like we did against City except it was against a sht Tottenham side and we had Ronaldo going nuts. Teams just seem to walk through us. No intensity in the press just drop back and let them have it. Great game though and some good performances but play like that against Liverpool and they will do us like City did. Is it a confidence thing or what? Go a goal up and we sht ourselves and our performance always drops off a cliff like we did at the start of the second half.

We were fuking awful...wasteful...lack of energy...Ronny saved the day. Other than that it was a shit show against a very poor Spurs side.

We were not“much better” than anything!!!
Sorry if he's your Uncle but I'm sick to death of seeing him give the ball away and mope around the pitch every week.

If he plays with the right attitude he's a great player but he hadn't this season.

Fair enough, but it's pretty much the same as having never heard of Federer or Schumacher or Tiger Woods.

We didn't press them at all for the whole game? In fact we seemed to be tactically sitting off them. Not sure we were any better than against city in all honesty. Spurs just seemed quite determined to sink to our level and had the useless version of Kane turn up while we had Ronaldo.
