And PSG just signed Messi, Hakimi, etc this past summer. We'd be appointing a manager who has repeatedly shown his ceiling is not on par with the managers of the top 3 clubs. So we would be appointing a manager who won't close the gap and continue the cycle of top 4 fighting without real challenging.
  • Pochettino has a horrible record against both Pep and Klopp (combined 5 wins, 9 draws, 19 losses in 33 games)
I would rather someone that we don't quite know their potential, over somebody who has both shown that he can't compete with Pep/Klopp, and somebody who has shown a clear drop in performance despite the signings compared to Tuchel, while in charge of PSG. Appointing Pochettino is appointing somebody who will at best, be 4th best.

That’s how I feel too, it’s not that I dislike him as such but I think we already know where he can take us, and that’s to solidify us as top 4 challengers. I want us to take a chance and try something new

Poch would be a good appointment, but ETH is the more exciting one.

That said, we need to clean the house regardless of who the manager is. I've had enough with a bunch of these players.

I think Ten Hag is one of the few up and coming managers with the potential to reach the heights that Pep and Klopp have reached. I just hope we don't break him.

He's pretty ruthless from what I've seen of him. Very similar of Pep in style. But as clarkydaz said, he needs the Glazers to be behind him 100%. We can't allow this to be another case of Mourinho. For all his faults, he should have been backed by the board on both Pogba and Martial.

I’m honestly not that arsed if we win nothing, I’ve already seen us win the lot and then some. I just want to see us playing good football and scoring tonnes of goals, the last 9 years have been tumescent in that aspect.
