Jesse was offered a new deal and has turned it down. He has been actively looking to leave the club for the past two windows at least.

Sick of the media trying to push the notion that he is now leaving because he feels disrespected. He has been planning his Free Transfer for over a year as was shown by his bizarre decision not to push for a move last summer and confirmed when he turned down a contract extension all the way back in September.
