Johnny Depp's witnesses described a fairly coherent consistent and believable series of events. Obviously they were picked for that reason, but Amber Heard certainly ended up looking bad. Still, it doesn't tell us all that much about JD's role in this mess.

A tl:dr? No. She has been caught in far, far too many lies to be able to bring it down to a tl;dr at this point. There's lots of recap channels but even if you watch only a 10 minute recap for each day, we're now at day 15 so it'd still be over 2 and a half hours to summarise.

No one is disregarding Heard's testimony, it's well documented and Depp has had his career and reputation damaged as a result. It's more calling out the double standards that Heard has had no such repercussions and has been allowed to keep making movies. Plus the stuff about making herself the face of surviving abuse whilst it seems being just as abusive as Depp was, on top of the donation debacle. People are reacting stronger against Heard this time because Depp's allegations are already known and he's already been outcast and criticized. While Depp's allegations on what Heard has done is new information so of course right now she's facing more vitriol this time.

The more I look into this case, is becomes apparent that Johnny Depp has a very aggressive PR team who have successfully changed the narrative of this case.

As a non legal expert and an outsider, it just looks like a toxic marriage where it's difficult to say who is to "blame". Johnny sounds like a drunk abusive husband. Not only that, but he has a history of abuse (that you'll almost never hear). But Amber sounds manipulative and not as innocent as she claims to be either.

So I would say they're 50/50 but the way Johnny's team has manipulated this whole case using his fame and money makes me wanna say feck johnny depp.

I don't think it's people can't accept women being the abuser. I think it's the fact a lot of the Johnny Depp propaganda has been debunked as well (such as all his exes and staff only have good stuff to say about him). and the double standards in judging his behavior vs Amber's.

But he’s not on trial for drug and alcohol problems and never hid that. She also uses drugs, that’s not an issue. Exactly. What do people expect to hear when a couple is divorcing, that the other person was totally awesome and amazing? Heard sounds like someone who enjoyed the lifestyle but didn't like the strings that came attached (i.e., being married to Depp).
