I think Frankfurt will win here. They seem to have a bit more about them.

I presume with Ramsey only on the bench he's barely played much for them as surely he'd be starting this type of occasion in normal situation?

Roofe just got back in time and Moreles injured so no idea who this Wright guy is upfront.

Think Frankfurt will edge this 1-0.

Not that controversial...

If it’s a bouncing ball and Lundstram goes in studs up and ends up planting them on Rode’s shin, it’s a red. Not sure why head injuries are different. No yellow was ridiculous.

How are Frankfurt 11th in the German league? They've been fantastic whenever I've seen them in Europe.

Rangers with their 64th game of the season, 14 more than Frankfurt.

If he had planted his studs in his head it would have been a red, instead he was withdrawing his foot and his studs unfortunately grazed/cut him...

Similar challenge on a shin would never be a red (with a withdrawing foot and minor contact)

I mean it's not controversial to be asking for a red. Baffling how the ref didn't even book him.

Elbowing someone in their body when making a challenge and giving one into the face while challenging are different offences.

Counterattacking team and relying solely on fast transitions. 3rd from bottom on the home table says it all.

Again though, if your elbow makes contact with someones head, you have to have properly thrown it with a clenched first to get a red.

Bundesliga mid-table is extremely strong. Stronger than PL.

To the relative league strength thread!

Frankfurt supporters are seriously amongst the loudest when traveling in Europe these last years.
Incredible what they’ve done on the road.
The best atmosphere in grounds are in Germany. Premier league is wank compared to that lot.

Both explanations make sense. Thanks. They're an awesome team to watch.
