Hmm first ever time Dharmesh coming out with brand new info that no other journo has, I'd be sceptical

Casemiro, SMS and Antony...did we just find a lever to pull somewhere??
Hate Barca all you want, even in their time of desperation they throw the kitchen sink in just so they don't end up getting slapped by the likes of Brighton.

But they sell off their financial future and spend a gazillion quid of borrowed money just to struggle to a 0-0 draw with Rayo Vallecano. Great work.

Just when I thought....
Let's go and get the guy I'm all giddy after the Ratcliffe news.
Ratcliffe buying would be an absolute dream. A billionaire Man Utd fan.

The best part is he wouldn’t even need to put any money into the club as it makes more than enough to be competitive! At least he wouldn’t drain it dry!

Suddenly we're putting in massive offers all over the place just as we hear Jim Ratcliffe wants to buy us

Given how the season has started and probably will lose Monday to Liverpool and be 0-3.....they are probably under a lot of heat from everyone including ETH to make some fuking moves

How good is he?
He's somebody that you go to the stadium for. I think his physique suits La Liga better though. I personally love Antony, he creates, pushes, can be a cnut (our cnut) and has a good shot with a great dribble.
However, NOT worth anything over 60m. You can blame the board for not closing this deal any sooner.

I will be gutted if he goes, I quite like our forward 3 this year and fancy our chances in the CL.

I'd prefer to spend that money on midfield if possible, im afraid we may be overpaying for him a bit but to be fair he's one neat player.

Thing is we still have money to get a midfielder this would be instead of De Jong so we’d find a cheaper alternative to De Jong and spend big on a wide forward.

If nothing else he would be fun to watch.

Yeah, he's a proper Brazilian winger who can actually take on defenders so there's that.

But definitely prefer getting in 2 world class midfielders in first.

Ajax & United, in that order
Opening bid of 80, Ajax asking 120 at this point in the window, close for 100 + addons. Not saying that's how a sane club negotiates, but it's United we're talking about. More money than brains.

Ajax' financial director laughing all the way to the bank.

Don't get me wrong he's good, but he's not that good right now that he's going to compensate for the deficiencies all over the pitch and whether or not he'll ever be ... His main problem in my opinion is that he's solely relient on his left foot, the right one he only uses to stay upright and run. The number of times I've seen him waste opportunities to shoot or cross just because the ball isn't positioned for his left ...

If he can get to a Robben-level of turning inside and shooting into the far corner he can become world class, but I have my doubts ...
