Lukin’s
No way is he worth twice in value to that of Gabriel Jesus.
Give Garnacho a chance, he will surprise a few.
Sancho can cover the right wing for a season.
Get someone’s in January or next season.
Really poor attempt at a Haiku there fella

Fair play to Ajax - they know we're desperate now and United will likely ultimately pay their ludicrous €100m asking price. We're specialists in dithering in the market and clubs rightfully add on a late tax

The interview doesn't shine Ajax in good light as a development team for agents and starlets. Antony claims Ajax are aware that the project was for him to play with Ajax for 2 years, and that they were already informed in February and June that he wants to move on. No excuses for them in impeding his transfer.

I know I'm in the minority here, but Antony's behaviour over this really makes me a bit sceptical. We'd absolutely hate every second of it if the shoe was on the other foot

Deepthroating information to Howard Nurse.
Sounds like a bit of a twat based on that interview
Why? Because he rightly feels after two years playing in Holland he’s outgrown the league and should be allowed to leave to further his development, earn millions more and play in the biggest league around? Ajax are being cnuts. Yes, they can refuse to sell him, it doesn’t mean they aren’t being cnuts.

Good thing we're not a stepping stone then. Let's not give him a reason to do that.

Exactly.

They are trying to make out they don’t have enough time to replace him but they have known since February he wanted to go and he’s told them repeatedly since.

I don't think there has ever been a player who tried that hard to come to United.

He's told the club since the start of the year that he won't be renewing and to look into offers when they arrived. They've received the largest offers in Dutch football history and it's been rejected. He's human so he's justifiably furious, I would too.

As a United fan it's been endearing seeing a player hellbent on joining for a change personally, if it was the other foot I'd gladly accept selling the wantaway player as keeping an unhappy player will only be a hindrance (hence why I still want us to get rid of Ronaldo)

I have no idea either, yet.

Ah it's grand, Ronaldo did it to us and we welcomed him.back. Nobody is really being that awful. Us, Ajax and the player all trying to get their way. As long as he plays with commitment if the deal collapses then zero harm done.

#FreeAntony

In all seriousness , the man has a point, he's saying that this is a record level bid for an Eredivisie player, and it truly is an overpay from our end already. So I get his frustration and anger, especially after the club and Antony already had multiple conversations in the past 8 months.

@charlenefan Then why are you having a go at Antony? He has every right to be fecked off. Why the feck does he want another year playing in Holland? He’s Brazilian, they signed him under the pretext of development then a ladder to a bigger club - it’s time they stop acting like shit houses and let him go for a record fee and huge profit.

As much as people hate Romano, he really is the biggest insider in the game.

I've repeatedly told his detractors that actual players and executives genuinely check with him for info/update during transfer season. He's as well connected as anyone in the business
