Orny and all the english sources half a step behind the true great dutch transfer guru Hamster.
Some even think he is the real Huntelaar or Hamstra that is how reliable and fast he has been.

When he says Antony is gone it's done.

Yes orny!!! Get in. A left footed right winger... Hopefully this one doesn't get arrested!

Frenkie de Jong is my favorite active player, he is also from Ajax :wenger: i I even still like Berghuis and he went from being our captain to Ajax.

I dont like Antony because he's a cheating cnut. And because he plays for Ajax :D
Knew it!

Maguire is/was nailed for England and has years of PL experience.
He was a decent CB that's all. And he's proven it for us. Clubs don't just pay based on ticked boxes like that. They pay for potential too.

Overpriced, hell yes.
But how good will it be to have a skillful winger cutting in from the right? Really enjoy watching that type of player - Mahrez, Salah - more recently Kuluveski at Spurs.

 Awb and Maguire? Bebe?!?
Was expecting at least a few Maguire answers, but we were never getting him for less than £60m. 26 year old PL proven defender, one if the best players in his team, England's starting CB and was one of the best defenders in the league in his position.

Who can we get in next 4 days to improve
My vote would still be Morata tbh. A target man who if we need to go long (de Gea can only go long...), Would be a huge benefit. But that looks dead, so Memphis is the only other one. Osimhein loan to buy I guess but not happening after Antony.

It'll be Memphis for 10m. Easy deal to do but makes sense plus is dutch.

Although it’s a position we need to desperately fill, I’m not at all comfortable with this deal.. especially for the price being spoken off. We’ve seen with the likes of Grealish, a proven premier league player how heavy a huge price tag can weigh on one’s shoulder. Antony will simply have to hit the ground running for that price, we can’t afford to give him months to settle.

Honestly believe he has that swagger to handle it

It is a lot of money, but why are people saying 100 million as if it's in pounds? Potential world class player, 22 years old and in a position we're desperate in, and have been for years. Ajax knew that. For around the same fee we signed Maguire, a player many would be willing to let go for less than half that just to see the back of him.

Hopefully Antony hits the ground running right away. Should also stay clear negotiating with Ajax for some time. I know it's their player and they have every right to, but they've now sold us three players for more than they're worth. Good business by them, but don't want to be buying more players from them because of their ridiculous demands.

He had a really good partnership with an overlapping Mazraoui at Ajax, so hoping this can further unlock Dalot on the overlap once Antony cuts inside.

Who honestly thought, at the start of this window, that we would end up with a DM and a RW in one summer?!??!
Our muppet dreams have been answered. FDJ was sacrificed to bring us the good stuff
