To be fair the extra we're paying for Antony can be accounted for by the money we saved on Malacia (see Chelsea paying 62m on Cucurella) and Eriksen(free).

it was reported at the time by the same people (Romano etc) who are now saying the deal is done for €100m. Now you can choose to believe some things they report and dismiss other things, in order to defend the club and the decision makers all you want, that's your choice. But the optics are not great.

I was thinking the same. Overall spend compared to the players we have brought in looks reasonable, if they continue to perform like the last two games.

Nah we don't blame clubs for looking out for their own interests.

I do blame Antony though. He went from fan favorite to outcast within the space of a week. And that hurts. Players leaving on bad terms just sucks.

Financially we had an amazing summer that should set us up for a long time but unless we get a proper replacement we will be a lot worse this season.

As for Antony himself I hope when he runs out of acne products the stores are closed.

We'll get over it, we move on. There will be new players.

Take it easy not your money mate. Yeah the amount is a bit crazy but we got a very good and exciting player I think. Would be much better to watch than Elanga or the current Rashford and imo that's what us fans should really care about.

Peacock is okay, I use Apple TV, and it’s decent but definitely could be better as far as definition and it seems like it they broadcast in 60hz (which make the ball looks jittery and have shadows when it’s traveling at a decent speed), with that being said, Peacock is cheap, also they show all the games (except the ones that air aired on USA, nbc, etc, they show these later on the night after 9pm). Also peacock is supposedly will be showing 4k games starting next year, I’m definitely excited for that!
 
Fantastic signing. The right flank is crying out for a creative player who can cut in and wreck havoc. Sancho I think is better suited for the left wing.
