Sangare was linked with us very early in the window so he's been on the club's radar for a while. Tuchel didn't think we'd need a new midfielder so he was passed on but now he's seen Kante, Kovacic, Loftus-Cheek all injured so he's changed his mind and looks like Sangare is an option again. That's a proper scattergun approach from Chelsea now. I never saw Sangaré as a player that Tuchel would really like unless he's now open to bringing in a pure destroyer. Source (Tier 2):
Been a little bit against the Aubameyang signing but if€7.5M + Alonso and a 2 year deal is true then it doesn't look bad at all IMO.Tweet

Can’t get a game for Juve and they seem to want rid?Tweet

It’s a terrible deal, it’s Rabiot x 10. He has been terrible for them. Sporting turned Melo down a few weeks agoCan’t get a game for Juve and they seem to want rid?
It’s desperation from the club imo. FSG don’t want to spend now and would rather wait so they go for something like this. Seems like the Klavan and Davies signings to me.Can’t get a game for Juve and they seem to want rid?

Speaks volumes that he isn’t getting a game for Juventus.
Yeah he’s flopped at both Barca and Juve now. Not sure he’ll do much in the PL?It’s a terrible deal, it’s Rabiot x 10. He has been terrible for them. Sporting turned Melo down a few weeks ago
That’s Kabak who I meant. We’ve only done this once before but I hate it. There were better options available as well but the club don’t seem to want to spend the money now.Rabiot plays ahead of him.
Yeah you do have a habit of these odd deadline day deals. The Turkish CB too.
Well, good luck Chelsea. He'll be 36 in that option year, but I'm sure he'll add value to the dressing room with his great professionalism and setting an example to the younger players.Tweet

This seems to be more and more of thing now. I guess players are scared of being priced out of a move they want but I fecking hate seeing players go on strike to force their club's hand. Unless this is prearranged with the club's blessing, then ignore everything I just said.Tweet

Alvarez misses training in a push for a move to Chelsea
I can live with the move but not a huge fan of it either. I was higher on him earlier in the summer but the more I thought about it the less keen I was. Hopefully he'll be an easy player to shift if it goes sideways.Been a little bit against the Aubameyang signing but if€7.5M + Alonso and a 2 year deal is true then it doesn't look bad at all IMO.
Getting a short term reinforcement in a problem position and also getting rid of one unneeded player and his salary would make a lot of sense, at least compared to Barcelona's previous demands of €25M+ and previous talk of a straight 3 year deal for the player.
Good, I think they'll be a few who will be glad to see the back of him, dirty player.
Yeah what the heck is this with players refusing to play / work because they want more money? Can understand anyone wants more money, but it seems these guys lost their minds?! Antony set a very nasty example. Like 2 players on strike now because they don’t get transferred due to Ajax being robbed from almost its complete team?! Wtf! Really pissing me offAlvarez misses training in a push for a move to Chelsea
€100m for Leao and €50m for Alvarez in the space of a few hours - looks like Chelsea are planning to have a crazily expensive deadline day, desperately flailing around in the market! Tuchel must have kicked up a fuss?Tweet

3 players actually, as Mohammed Kudus is on strike too to force a move to the PL.Yeah what the heck is this with players refusing to play / work because they want more money?
