Not bad! I've never worked with target blocks before though, I know that they're useful but I have very little idea of what they actually do (when used in redstone contraptions without any objects hitting the target).

My cave looks so spooky with this lighting.
Again, not sure who is/will be playing regularly, but there's a raid farm now — tons of XP, infinite emeralds & more totems of undying that I know what to do with (I literally have multiple double chests of them). I'm still going to tweak it a little bit but it's basically done.
1. Get a bad omen by killing a bannerman near the outpost
2. Use a boat to get to the farm, get up on the ladder, step inside through the stone pressure plate, stand on the block with an armour stand, aim downwards and hit it once per 1,5 second. Do not use fire aspect or knockback swords though

I've tried logging in today but couldn't get past Encryption — not sure if it's me or the server.

Was just thinking of seeing if anyone was still active on the server today
I was surprised it was still online tbh! But I tried logging in as well and had the same issue just now, so restarted the server and am able to log in just fine. It's taking a bit longer than I had hoped unfortunately but touch wood seems to be going ok, I am now hoping to be moving at some time in May. The Wild update is out apparently — with wardens, allays etc.
It could be fun to explore together, especially the deep dark, if there's interest (and we can update the server? there should be enough non-generated chunks nearby).

Don't know how others feel but I've just been too busy despite having a small urge for some minecraft. I'm thinking of saving the urge until winter, new world etc with the latest update which has some new bosses and stuff I think. Nice and enjoyable in the cold nights. (plus I'll have a awesome setup by then).

I wanted to give you the opportunity to visit your works in the last world before I nuke it.might be able to start it tonight then! I think no teleports or homes etc will stretch out the fun zone a bit and I think it might be cool to not have dynmap until the world is developed somewhat..
I like the spawn island idea! We could have a team goal that we have to achieve before we build elsewhere or something

I think we'll go with the first island you mentioned, I think we are all above cheating with the seed.. gonna look to set it up tonight, might just do that and announce a time for tomorrow when it's playable for us all.
The island looks very cool. Also down for the idea of having to achieve something before building elsewhere
It's a pretty massive island to be fair, much bigger than the last one we did. Just removing teleports should be ready to play in 10min if anyone wants to start. I want to start but only if I'm not the only person
Connectivity issues
I now know that there’s a lush cave directly below spawn as I’ve fallen in there through textures a couple of times. Although you can also tell by a tree that leads to it.
