If you expect your striker to be a fox in the box Pippo Inzaghi style then he’s dreadful. His performance has been very good today it must be said, very creative and makes a lot of space for Foden, Saka and Bellingham.
I think you possibly need to reassess his performance in the game as I don't know what you're looking at, it's nothing to do with England fans - many are critical of him. Since England picked up in the game he's been central to everything. You're going off past performance not the actual football match.
