No relegation clauses but I wouldn't be surprised if the bigger names with the smarter agents probably have some sort force majeure clauses to cover this sort of thing.Say for example they get relegated (highly unlikley) no player has a relegation clause in their contracts - what happens then?
Wouldn't mind that 2018 Carling Cup for WengerArsenal fans must be really hoping this goes through as well.
Think that's actually part of this investigation already.Next up should be the investigation into how much their players/staff are being paid off the books.
Ole would get one too, and Fergie would get another.Mourinho's statement if we get awarded the 17/18 title is going to be fecking incredible
Sanctions stop after the 17/18 seasonIf it goes from 2009-2022.
2009/10 - Chelsea
2010/11 - Manchester Utd
2011/12 -Manchester CityManchester Utd
2012/13 - Manchester Utd
2013/14 -Manchester CityLiverpool
2014/15 - Chelsea
2015/16 - Leicester
2016/17 - Chelsea
2017/18 -Manchester CityManchester Utd
2018/19 -Manchester CityLiverpool
2019/20 - Liverpool
2020/21 -Manchester CityManchester Utd
2021/22 -Manchester CityLiverpool
Amazingly it would only affect Utd and Liverpool and give both 3 titles each.
New standing would be
Manchester United - 23 times
Liverpool - 22 times
For now. There are charges relating to obstructing their investigations from 17/18 until the current day.Sanctions stop after the 17/18 season
I would personally be in favor of replaying all the matches from that period. Where's Fellaini at?Tweet

What a joke. City will get them on their payroll.Hang on a second, this is the key bit from the PL statement:
"Commissions are independent of the Premier League and member clubs. The members of the Commission will be appointed by the independent Chair of the Premier League Judicial Panel, in accordance with Premier League Rules W.19, W.20 and W.26.
The proceedings before the Commission will, in accordance with Premier League Rule W.82, be confidential and heard in private. Under Premier League Rule W.82.2, the Commission’s final award will be published on the Premier League’s website."
So now it all rests on the verdict of this so called independent commission. Hmmm I have no confidence in this at all now. Abu Dhabi FC will no doubt find a way to get to the commission.
Ah well, as you were folks.
Ole wouldn't, the charges only go up to 17/18. Fergie would but he's not likely to make a big deal of one extra title. Mourinho is likely to call a press conference to publicise how great he is if he gets itOle would get one too, and Fergie would get another.
Ah. OkFor now. There are charges relating to obstructing their investigations from 17/18 until the current day.
This guy is on his way to the PL offices as we speakHang on a second, this is the key bit from the PL statement:

And so it shouldMourinho's statement if we get awarded the 17/18 title is going to be fecking incredible
Yes. I misread it.No you're wrong, they stopped cooperating in 2018. They stopped to try avoid the league from looking into their dealings.
That press conference would be box office, we all deserve to see it!Ole wouldn't, the charges only go up to 17/18. Fergie would but he's not likely to make a big deal of one extra title. Mourinho is likely to call a press conference to publicise how great he is if he gets it
After supporting Chelsea and City, i think Newcastle is next.If they get relegated, I am sure all the recent City fans on YT will disappear and go back to supporting Stockport or PSG.
Death Penalty.Prison.
Chelsea are doing a good job of fecking themselves over. Those huge contracts are going to devastate their ability to compete in transfer windows. If anything does come from this Chelsea should be next.
Their title winning team from 11/12 should be forced to play against our current teamTweet

Truly plastic, truly a crap franchise, empty, hollow, and bitter.Imagine being a City fan. What a tragic little club.
Yeah just saw thatOle wouldn't, the charges only go up to 17/18. Fergie would but he's not likely to make a big deal of one extra title. Mourinho is likely to call a press conference to publicise how great he is if he gets it
Come out Gary Neville, we know you're watching !Where's all the posters coming to tell us how well run City are? Go on. I know you're reading this thread.
And for every future season. Both Liverpol and Man City should be punished.10pt deduction every season from 09-22.
It’s only fair!
