I think Matheus Nunes from Wolves is very similar type of midfielder as FDJ.
You think so? He's looked a strong runner to me but I haven't seen him dictate play as much.

There are passers and there are dribblers, but I don't see a ton of guys who can do both.

Another reminder how much we need a player than can keep the ball and slow things down.

However, once 10 players lose their head, the 11th would too. So a player like this alone wont help, it is a team effort. We have quite some work to do, on and off the pitch

De jong needs to come here because Eriksen is getting old and injury prone and Casemiro is also getting old.

I don't think that we will ever see FDJ at Old Trafford in a Man Utd Shirt. He clearly doesn't want to leave Barca and there are a mutitude of players in the EPL who would jump at the chance of a move to OT and would cost significantly less, such as Neves, MacAllister, Maddison, Tielemens etc.

Seems he again confirmed that he doesnt want to leave. We should not waste energy and time on him this summer. If he doesnt want to be part of this project then it’s ok, his decision. But we should not even try pursuing this like last year

The poor lad really wants that £17m. He’s willing to say anything to get it.

I honestly don't get this obsession with him. He clearly wants to stay at Barcelona. Good player but not worth the energy.

Hopefully this finally puts this transfer to bed, I doubt it will though, way too many Muppets on here.

If we pursue him again it's bordering on stalky creepy behaviour and he should put in a restraining order on us.

Okay. Go all in on Bellingham
Unfortunately Bellingham appears to want to work with Klopp and is not driven by money. I think it is widely accepted that he will end up at Anfield and will announce his decision after the next international break.

Wonder how the muppets will spin this new public display of rejection from old Frenkie boy. Clearly just another tactic to get his money from Barca.

you never know.. Also would Liverpool have the money? They need to revamp the half of their starting 11

I don’t accept it. Has he said he wants to work with Klopp? If so I missed it. A bit daft if that’s his primary motivation. Plenty of other good coaches. There’s Pep and that Dutch guy, what’s his name, Erik something

Liverpool's owners announced the other day they will be fiscally responsible. I took that as a warning to their supporters to prepare to be disappointed in the Bellingham situation. You don't announce you are going to be fiscal and then spend 150 mil on a kid from the german league.

The guy @Sigma501 is yet another rival team fan (Liverpool in this cse, check his posting history) who takes pleasure masquerading as a United fan on Redcafe

Don't want. We're playing well this season because we have players that want to be playing for United.

Don't believe it's down to the money,he just doesn't want to leave his dream club. Time that Erik accepted that and moved on
