Full strength, every PL side is strong. Rotate against Betis, we are 4-1 up.
Agreed. Hopefully we go 2 up and can rest a load after 60 minutes. Not the United way for a long time though.

    De Gea
    Bissaka Varane Martinez Shaw
    Antony Casemiro Sabitzer Rashford
    Bruno Weghorst

The only time i recall Ten Hag to rotate a lot this season was against West ham recently in the FA Cup and still needed to bring on the first choice players to win that match.

Anyone suggesting anything other than a full strength selection tomorrow is utterly bonkers!

Rest 3-4 players agains RB next Thursday.

Yeah like you can argue "who is stronger" in a few positions, but Rashford, Casemiro, Bruno, Shaw, Martinez and Varane should absolutely start if fit. Varane ok needs rotation sometimes and possibly there's a chance for 2 games off now. Right back, right wing, striker, Sabitzer or Fred, not a big difference either way.

I could see Varane playing in this one and rotate against Betis. After Betis we have Fulham and then there is a 12 day international break and Varane is now retired from international so he'll get some good rest.

Good point. Wish casemiro retired from international football too.

Same. Vs Betis away, though the tie isn't over, we can afford to rotate few players I think.

Going to see this one. First one since a boring 0-0 with Arsenal during the van Gaal era :boring: Hopefully a bit more entertaining this time!

    De Gea
    AWB - Varane - Martinez - Shaw
    Casemiro - Fred
    Antony - Bruno - Rashford
    Weghorst
One of our easiest remaining fixtures on paper but I'm weirdly nervous. Hopefully Garnacho, Pellistri and Sabitzer get some minutes in the 2nd half.

Yea, can't see it being anything other than this (50/0 between AWB and Dalot being the only one).

Bottom of the table Southampton - I expect that 7 - 0 deficit from last week to be rectified.

Weghorst to start, even if Martial is fit; I want him to have the chance to get a couple more goals under his belt.

    Strongest team available to start.

A strong squad is required to see off the opponent forthwith and sub en masse in the 60th minute.

This is no time for mercy. Or pussilanimity.

I can see him starting with a strong side because that is what Erik normally does mostly in the League games and only tinkers a little in the domestic Cup games.
Nothing wrong in that and hopefully the strong team that he picks will get the job done early and then we can sub the players early that are essential players for us.

need 3 pts here. Puts us further in front of the scousers and spurs are right on our backs. Though we have 2 games in hand.

If they score today then it’s most likely gonna be from a set piece and a JWP special.
This. JWP will have at least one advantageous FK where you say to yourself, "yeah, it's going in nothing you can do about it". But who cares, as long as United have more goals at full time.

Ye I can see us scoring at least 3. Don’t think Southampton will score more than 1. Our OT form is unreal. Not lost there since September so every home game we should be feeling confident.

I fecking hate Southampton. Theyre going to press the shite out of us and capitlize on our mistakes.
    I don't see how we're winning this.

I expect a strong side, maybe AWB & Malacia will start, but I expect Ten Hag to go with the usual attack and midfield.

    DDG
    AWB Varane Martinez Malacia
    Casemiro Fred
    Antony Bruno Rashford
    Weghorst

There are only 4 points between Everton in 15th and Southampton in 20th, so I expect Southampton to play as hard as possible to get something out of the game since they have a good chance to survive, hence why I expect Ten will go with full strength

I know that Southampton are bottom of the table. But we often struggle against them. But in this case I am expecting United to win and maintain the top 4 push.

You don’t foresee any way a team who haven’t lost at home since September will beat a side who are currently 20th in the league?

Taking my son to his first game today, every game I've been to we have won and scored at least 4 so make of that what you will.

Our results are very good, but that's because we keep going with strong line ups. We really aren't at the squad level yet where we can make a lot of changes and guarantee beating PL opposition.

So I imagine ETH will only rotate in moderation, if at all. Personally, I'd probably switch the FB's, and then it just depends if anyone has a knock or if anyone (esp. Varane) seems to really need the rest...

    De Gea

    AWB
    Varane
    Martinez
    Malacia

    Casemiro
    Fred

    Antony
    Bruno
    Rashford

    Weghorst
can't see ETH going into a game without Shaw, unless he has a knock
