Liverpool have only 4 games left even 4 wins will leave us needing 9 points from 6 games which with our home record we should easily get. Also Liverpool won’t win all there games
It looks good in paper. But sadly that is not reality. Look at Arsenal. People had them as Prem champs some weeks ago.and fell into bad form under pressure. I think Liverpool could easily win all their games. They have the chops to do that. We have to think that way. Lose to Brighton and the pressure will be on. We know United are not mentality monsters. All to play for.

I think it will be a cracking game... I give us a good chance, but I would take a draw, definitely. This is a tough match. But we can beat Brighton.
Win the game and we need at best 6pts from 15 assuming Liverpool don't drop any points from now to the end of the season which as mentioned before isn't a cert.

But a loss would put the pressure on. We must look to win win win

Winning tonight would be a lovely result to relax things a bit, but let’s be honest we don’t often do it that way.
I think this is a huge game. We must win. We cannot go in thinking a draw is a good result or you lose.

With the help of referees and VAR they'll win them all.

I thought Rashford would be too fast for Dunk in the cup game, but didn't really materialize. This game though, Brighton should have a lot of the ball, could be space for him to run in behind and at Dunk on the counter.
Because Rashford had a meh game himself, and playing as left forward did limit the chances other players can find the angle to release him in behind Brighton defense.

Thing picked up a bit when Martial was taken off and Rashford moved up top. However, then Bruno injured and and Weghorst was brought on.

Still baffled me with a foul/offside called on Rashford in one instance when he came clean through in behind.

The players can't go in with that mindset and they won't.

But we have a 4 point gap and 2 games in hand over Liverpool, with 4 teams that have basically nothing to play for in our final 4 games.

We're in a great position and to cock it up from here would be incredible for all the wrong reasons.

Unfortunately, I have to agree after yesterday. That game had draw all over with how Liv played, but the ref and VAR just had to give a penalty.

Spurs may have equalized and held on to the 3-3, even got a winner if Jota were sent off, too. Spurs outplayed Liverpool for a long period after down 0-3.

Think they'll score 1 or 2 quick goals against us, completely swarming us.

Indeed. Win today and it takes the pressure off to a large degree. Lose and the pressure will be on. Big game, this.

Just want these players to turn up and not melt like against Newcastle

On paper by far the hardest league game of the season left.
Hoping for a win, not dissopointing if we draw.

I was saying this isn't quite the must win game you made out. We could lose tonight and still be in a very comfortable position.

Of course I don't want us to lose. I would take a draw but a win basically ends the top 4 race so I hope the players pull it off.

I just won't end up a puddle of anger if we don't.
