I'd keep him but I think EtH wants a new RB regardless and would rather keep Dalot as the depth RB due to him being better and more reliable on the ball... Part of a good squad turnover is knowing which players you can sell for a solid fee to help get the type of player you need in.
I think ETH will keep both AWB and D Dalot, he clearly preferred Dalot at left back to Malacia in some games when Shaw went into CB, he’s quickly realising that height is a huge deal in the PL and he can’t have too many defenders under 6 feet, both Dalot and AWB are over 6 foot.
He wants more creative on the right side and that means J Frimpong who has the advantage of being HomeGrown
Hopefully ETH goes ruthless, open heart surgery scenario:

And I know that the above might look like something we never could afford, but that is really not the case. If — and it’s of course a big if given our track record — we could sell the players listed above, we could easily comply with FFP. I count on very low transfer fees, but they help and since these guys are on crazy wages it opens up a tremendous amount of FFP room if they can be sold.
Football manager aside, I’m assuming you mean Jeremie Frimpong and we have just resigned Dalot so we won’t be selling him as he’s able to play left back, right back and at a push right wing. FFP changes to FSP this year and it’s a much bigger deal than normal as the club can only spend 90% of our turnover on financials, wages, agent fees and net Transfer spend. Financials the club lost £115m last year servicing a debt of £565m with £40m per year charge.
That was with CL football, the recent two financial quarters suggest we might turn over about £550m which means we have £495m to spend on wages rumoured to be £340m this season that leaves £155m left, if we lose £100m again we have £55m to spend on transfer, new wages and agents fees now regulated by FIFA. A New owner can help because they can pay up to €60m of their own money to boost the financials of their club but the Glazers have only taken money out never put money in.
Having said that I like the list a lot, all be it a dream that won’t happen, change KMJ for J Gvardiol and Felix who is vastly overpriced for P Dyballa available for £15-17m with a clause in his contract, reduces your spend by £80m and means the club would spend £280m and as much as I dearly like most united fans love Caciedo he will cost £100m at least as he has no buy out clause in contract.
Plus DVB and Dean Henderson will be sold for £15m and £25n and your get double for Mctominay and Maguire, Homegrown rule adds value.
