Internationals September (Euro Qualifiers)

Get Henderson off the pitch please, can’t believe him and Maguire have been selected to be honest.

What you mean what?
England, top of the group with 4 wins out of 4 concede a goal and poster wants Southgate out.
If you think Southgate is the key to unlock this team's talent then I don't know what to tell you.

You have to be braindead to think people don't want Southgate as England manager because we conceded a goal against a shite Ukraine. Histrionics indeed.

That particular poster thrives on disingenuous arguments, it's best to just ignore them.

It's nothing to do with conceding a goal.

It's to do with not rewarding failure and also his ridiculous decisions. He isn't going to win anything, has had numerous presentable opportunities to do so.

Anyone on here could "navigate" England to a major tournament in groups like this. But when we get there we have no chance with Gareth in charge.

That was a fabulous assist by Kane, great composure by Walker too to finish it off

Exactly - it's not like these are new critiques. People have seen him exposed on various occasions, when the squad/luck isn't able to cover deficiencies.

Praising him for doing 'well' is rather like if someone was praising Chelsea managers for finishing in the top 4 under Abramovich in the mid 2000s - You have 'resources', top 4 is a minimum rather than a serious achievement. Likewise, an England 'pool' with one or two 'weaker' areas but overall some of the best talent in the world, and when it comes to the crunch he invariably fails or gets the tactical jips.

This England team would be much better with Maddison playing in the Henderson position and Rashford playing LW.

Who was at fault for the Ukraine goal? Or is it too obvious?

Maguire has been fine, boring as feck the usual shitting on the guy, meme culture is so cringe.
