I thought United had a sh*t start to the campaign. Chelsea are like "Hold my beer".

Looking at goals against, they have let in six which is very good, if you take the freak which is City out of the equation they are well up there. Arsenal and Liverpool have let in 4, Spurs and Chelsea 5. By comparison United have somehow let in 10 already.

They just need someone that can put the ball in the back of the net. They have scored 5 goals, on par with Wolves, Sheffield and Fulham, terrible for how much money has been spent.

Players come here and they suck or get injured … and then suck again once they are back.

Managers come here and they fail hard.

Apparently the physio department is designed to facilitate injury issues

There is something broken at Chelsea, and it started well before the new owners. That weird CL title run just made people forget what we looked like a majority of the time.

There is not a manager alive that can fix this. It is a deeper issue than that, and therefore requires a deeper solution … seance maybe? Exorcism?

We are the least fun team to watch in the PL right now with the possible exception of Luton…. And it’s been that way for … 3 managers running? 4?

So now when Chelsea fans are like “Poch out!” I’m just numb to it. Sure… whatever… I bet it will magically fix everything ….

This is actually insane

Yet Pochettino remains positive about his team’s displays. There is a spiritual dimension to his beliefs. Pochettino keeps a bowl of lemons in his office to absorb negative energy. He was asked when Chelsea will start to feel the benefits.

“They started to work after two years at Tottenham,” Pochettino said. “Give time to the lemons. It is a thing that we all believe. If you want to have good energy you need to implement all the things that you believe.

I believe in the lemons but at Tottenham they started to work after one and a half, two years. They need a long time, they are not magic, but more than ever I still believe in them.

Today in my office I have yellow ones, green ones, different types. From Spain, from Italy. I don’t want to lie, there is a big box of lemons. I always thought the yellow lemons worked much better than the green but now I believe in any colour – any colour can help. If I could get a blue lemon it would be even better.”

A debate broke out over whether a green lemon is actually a lime. Pochettino said: “A lime is not a lemon. It is a brother, maybe with a different mother or different father.

Long may this continue so that insufferable attention seeker stays away

And people tried to convince me that he is good manager. Came to Tottenham when other managers did everything so he could ride on that wave. One of most overrated managers last decade.

He would have been a disaster here. So glad we got Erik.

Very funny considering Michael Cox saying their results weren’t a concern at all and Pochettino would soon turn things around. I guess that’s still possible but hard to see where that’s coming from.

Be surprised if he lasts pasts Christmas. Will lose the dressing room.

Not his fault entirely, ridiculous transfers. $1bn spent to have Jackson and 20% fit Broja as our striking options.

You can't blame the manager at Chelsea. Their whole transfer saga has been one big mess. I don't think they have slightest idea of what they are doing. Those 7-8 years contracts are risky as feck.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Again, much like EtH, Pochetino has lot of shite to deal with outside of coaching the first team.

They need to give the man time to implement his style onto a club of hodge podge players.

Everyone was regretting not getting him at United after Chelsea had a home draw against Liverpool.

Is he still in the top 4 of the xG table, though?

I really should have saved the post of the Chelsea fan who told me there was no concern about finances because they would be in the Champions League next season.
