I'm happy for Moyes at least. He gets to stick it to us and have his moment.
What the feck for? He kickstarted our decline by getting rid of our coaching staff and filled it with the bunch of losers he brought in.

He brought in the fraud that is John Murtough that’s still stinking up the club to this day. feck Moyes and everyone he brought in.

Behind the right goal post as "Whiteside shoots!"
There are lots of things wrong but the attitude of the players, the lack of total commitment for every run, every chase back, etc, the heads down sulkiness.. has to change. West Ham aren’t a great side but look how they’re chasing back when 2-0 up in last minute.

The lethargy has to change and any players who won’t change need selling. Get back to basics… I can cope with players who try and lose, but not piss about and sulk and lose.

transfers, contracts have helped create an awful mentality of over entitled wimps.

    Manager culpable too

Liverpool scored 5 against them, they scored 2 against us. Meaning Liverpool is 7 goals better than us, no progress made since then

They hardly scored because of the personnel change. Its because our players failed to do the basics right. First goal was down to not following the runner and second one was from a sloppy error.

Prior to that, we dominated without really threatening. I do; however, believe if we did have better attacking players, we'd have won this game quite easily.
read it again - it was a tactical change not personnel and ETH didn't react

My one year old can only say a few words.
I expect him to say feck off on Xmas day when he sees his United kit

Scoring goals last year was a big problem, without Rashfords hot streak we would have really struggled. Hojlund was brought in to address the problem but its not worked.
A new striker in January has to be a priority. Sell VDB and Sancho and spend it wisely !!
Understatement of the century. We can't even get the ball to him. I feel like we don't even attempt to.

Can we finally put to bed that Dutch managers don’t work United.

I swear to god if we go down this route again…

The fact that we don't score goals is the whole team's problem. After all, we don't even create a single chance. You can blame Garnacho, Højlund or Antony, but it's the whole team that doesn't create the chances. There is no creativity or initiative in the team. Maybe Eriksen can create something in the coming games. But otherwise I can't see at all who can create an assist in this squad

Very Frustrating this was a game we would have won with a more ruthless attack. West ham were dire for 65 minutes. One super defence splitting pass 1-0 and one bad error and suddenly your 2 down.

Yes I can hear you Clem Fandango!
It doesn’t though, it can turn around in a couple of seasons, you just need a good manager and a plan. Liverpool were a shambles before Klopp came in, City weren’t the team they are until Pep had a couple of seasons, same for Arsenal. Just get it right with the manager and the support around him and you’re back in business with two years, if you have the money.
And the right structure. We have been left to ossify for a decade. Our squad is bloated, overpaid and not good enough. Our FFP is at the limit, and all those other clubs could spend money. That's why I think it will take much longer. Five years ago I would have agreed word for word.

the tactics are crap. that midfield setup has shown to be ridiculous week after week and he keeps going back to it. lets begin and end there.

Luke Shaw is a Manchester United player. The rest of this lot wouldn't look out of place playing for Crystal Palace.

What do you want from Jonny Evans? He’s done us a favour. He’s another UTD player. Every team needs players like him. At the moment the Utd team are just totally unbalanced. All that money spent and 5 academy products starting.

Who said we can’t blame the manager?
United is the worst run club in the league. The 2 things are not mutually exclusive
They aren't. And we should be beating the likes of these teams but apparently we are so badly run that we can't. I don't buy that. People can keep making excuses but this is on the manager. Incapable of getting anything out his players, setting up a system or even get this team score some goals.

Garnacho scores his easy chance and we go on to win. It’s a mentally fragile squad plagued by injuries. It’s wank but expected. Who comes in and does any better with the players at his disposal currently? Once we have a settled XI and less injuries maybe people can make more informed decisions.

    He wasn’t.

He was brought in as a supplement alongside a more experienced striker.

But our transfer business was so dire we couldn’t get an experienced striker in so have to rely on a very RAW Hojlund.

Why can young players only get praised but never criticised for a mistake? Grow up man
You didn’t criticise him for a mistake though, did you? You said the defeat was on him which simply isn’t true.

We were already 1-0 down and the defeat was down to the team, in particular our forwards, being absolutely toothless.

To immediately target an 18 year old for a simple lapse of concentration is wrong. He has been absolutely outstanding in his short career so far. There’s plenty of things you can point to to put today’s defeat on, he shouldn’t be one of them.

It's the system and Ten Hag ineptitude. Not only he's doing real damage on United's aspirations, he's also destroying the confidence of players like Garnacho and Hojlund who will be United's future.

    Absolutely. He should be Captain.
it is astonishing to think that he is the only world class player in the XI today:
awb is England 5th choice RB
    Evans is waiting for retirement
    Kambwala is a kid
Shaw - 1st choice English LB when fit

McTominay - we all know he is a mid table player
Bruno - not really world class - "chance creating" one trick pony, can't shield the ball, can't carry the ball, can't dribble, can't dictate tempo and poor decision making
    Mainoo - just a kid

Antony - one foot pony who can't cross and score
Hojlund - a kid who will probably end up no more than 3 league goals this season even if we start him every game
    Garnacho - another kid

we are legitimately a mid table team now.
