They have certainly, with the Panthers. Multiple times. Most famously involving Tupacs mother.Nothing off the top of my head, but the CIA has to have done something at some point. If nothing else to frame the Black Panthers or something. Or murdering MLK Jr.
I mean we're rattling every possibility (false flag, ISIS, Chechens, Wagner) but not Ukrainians? Anyways, let's not derail the discussion in this thread.I absolutely knew we’d see you pop up in the thread the moment you had an opportunity to criticise Ukraine.
Erm...you're at war with Ukraine, ergo its an act of war.*
* false flag disguised as an act of war.
I'm having a hard time beleiving that Ukraine would do that. There's absolutely nothing to gain from this, on the contrary.

Because as he’s already demonstrated he’s unable (or unwilling - I know what I think), to differentiate between the truth and obvious propaganda. Why are you posting this insanity?
Those are apparently fake.First rumours of suspects being from Ingushetia (on Russian telegram).

Because he is insane maybe? Certainly his posting history on topics like this would suggest it anyway. Why are you posting this insanity?

If you're an Ukrainian going on a suicide mission, why do you give a shit to cover your tracks? You want Moscow to feel the pain and you want to know where it came from.

Well the point is that the one you're talking about never happened whereas 9/11 did. Also, you make it sound like the JFK era false flag op actually nearly happened. It didn't really. The joint chiefs of staff supported it but JFK and some of the other civvy leadership shot it down. Aside from that, those plans were some (of many) presented and only the most farfetched suggestions within that op were even close to 9/11.Why not? There were I think 13 high ranking signatories on the US attack and the only one who rejected it was JFK. Not imagine him being replaced with a dumb arse like Bush, why is it so out of the question given the US military was willing to do it decades before but Russia doing it again is a certainty?
If you want everyone to know where it came from, you make a statement. It's a bit simpler than leaving hints to decipher.Julia Ioffe the chief counterpropagandist

Biggest load of bollocks to ever be sold outside of Trump's Big Lie to me.Imagine travelling unmolested over 1000km from Ukraine to Moscow with Ukrainian plates when your countries are at war.
There are thousands of vehicles in Moscow with UA plates.Biggest load of bollocks to ever be sold outside of Trump's Big Lie to me.
I’m not suggesting it will have any repercussions for Putin, but this kind of thing certainly impacts the perceived level of control he has of his own country. Moreso if it is seen as his Ukraine war spilling over into his capital, considering it was initially supposed to be a walkover lasting a few days or weeks. Please don't take this in the wrong way as I agree with your sentiment in principle but the word weakness has long become wishful thinking on our part that there will be some negative outcome for Putin. With every weak/humiliating/embarrassing act his grip on Russia appears to only get tighter.
Are there any Russians on the caf that can confirm this? There are thousands of vehicles in Moscow with UA plates.
Yeah, sure, like carrying a big target sign that says "shoot me"?There are thousands of vehicles in Moscow with UA plates.
It’s so painfully transparent. Why would they use a Ukrainian van? Why wouldn’t they use a Russian van? How much attention would Ukrainian played get in Russia right now? Have they just had it in a barn for the last couple of years? From Julia Ioffe:

Reuters and the Guardian relayed the info too.Twitter used to be a great source for these situations but now it’s impossible to distinguish between news and fake news, trolls, bots and legit sources. It does seem legit that ISIS have claimed responsibility.
There are loads of Ukrainians in Russia right now, many of whom drive Ukrainian cars. It's bizarre you think that is some kind of lie I'm pushing. He thinks if he says it confidently enough everyone will accept it unquestioningly.
Seems strange to say this after such a terrible attack but a bit of a relief? Compared to the alternatives.Reuters and the Guardian relayed the info too.
Are you living in Russia? I was just asking if anyone that actually lived there could confirm. Or did you have a source to quote re cars with Ukrainian plates? I think it's bizarre you're talking so confidently about this unless you live there or have visited since the invasion. There are loads of Ukrainians in Russia right now, many of whom drive Ukrainian cars. There's loads of Russians pointing that out as a reason for why fixating on the UA plated van was ridiculous. I don't see why they'd lie about that. Anyway, 2.5m Ukrainians fled to Russia since the start of the invasion, I'd be shocked if none of them are driving UA plated vehicles. Are you living in Russia?
